Yes it will support an ATX motherboard. Make sure your mounting screw receivers are properly placed and you should be good to go.

IS IT 80MM & 92MM FAN ON THE REAR 80MM ON THE SIDE? ALSO WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE VENT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SIDE PANEL?

They provided a standard 80 mm fan, and the vent is only meant for about an 80 mm fan.  Don't count on specifics for low-end cases.  You get what you pay for.  IMO, it was a great mid-tower for a media PC build that is not going to be touched much after being built.

Dell Precision T5500 Workstation

But would like to find a case that is lighter so I can transport it.  would this case work?  Thanks in advance!

I don't know for sure, my experience with Dell is they do little things to keep their equipment fitting just their stuff. I put a standard ATX form motherboard in it with not problems. Where I think you'll run in to trouble would be putting the power supply in it

Hi where do I put the mother board stand offs (using a bio star am3 mini atx mobo) and where do I mount my hard drive?

Here is the way I did mine. I put the face plate for the connections in place. You should have got one with your motherboard that matches all the fittings on your motherboard. Set the motherboard in place and line up the all the fittings (usb, lan, speakers jacks ect.) line up and that will tell you where to put the standoffs. There are allot of standoff holes so you have to match them with your mother board and this is the way I did mine. 
The hard drive should be mounted in the bottom half of the case. When the case is open look in the front bottom, there is a row of about 6 or so slots. Your hard drive can go anywhere in one of those. I had to mount mine about the middle because the power cord wouldn't reach if it was lower in the case. Hope this helped a bit. Thanks for reading.
