3 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: It is super cheap, price wise.

It has USB 3.0 front headers.

It looks decent enough.

Has built in stand offs.

Cons: It is cheap, build quality wise. The metal is flexible, and is barely sturdy.

The HD audio front headers on my unit has a fuzzy noise to it and is completely unusable, even with realtek audio drivers install. My mobo audio output works perfect however, so I can conclude it's the faulty header.

Honestly, one usb 3.0 and one usb 2.0 ports in the front is not enough, this case could of really could benefit with 3 or even 4 usb front headers.

There is not enough clearance for large air coolers like CM hyper 212 evo for example.

Other Thoughts: This xigmatek case is pretty doable for budget and or first time builders. But it lacks a lot of premium features, like hdd bays, and a dependable build quality. I'd only recommend this to savvy builders if it's under if $40 or so bucks (bought mine when it was $30), other than that, any other name brand case or more expensive case will surpass this one.

3 out of 5 eggsSeems like it would be a good case

Pros: Has USB 3.0, pretty good cable management, and nice 2.5 SSD mounting positions. Okay budget build case, 3 Egg due to receiving front cover broken.

Cons: Rattle in box upon arrival, thought it was just screws for the case, pulled case from box, front cover stayed in box, once removed noted that all 3 prong sets on the left side are broken off. Front cover sits on tilted, and will not hold onto case.

Other Thoughts: Would love to have an option to get a replacement front cover.

1 out of 5 eggsWhere to start

Pros: I want to start off, the ONLY pro here is:

Newegg customer support, who helped me with this terrible Terrible TERRIBLE ABOMINATION. They should just stop carrying this case all together, and I wish I had read more of these reviews.

If I could give less than 0 eggs to counteract all these 5 egg people who don't care about quality, I WOULD.

Cons: First thing I see when I pull it out of the box?
Missing the power button, off to a GREAT start

The back fan had a stripped screw head (yes, the head of the screw, so I couldn't even put a screwdriver to it to fix it) that was sticking cockeyed out of the case; the fan itself had scratches around its edges.

The case says it's micro compatible, which is bull... The stands for the motherboard screws aren't even aligned, my motherboard has one corner just sitting in space,

and forget about installing cards!! I don't even want to mention how much time I spent installing my graphics because of the shoddy designing that went into this niche system.
I eventually Mcgyver'd it but have a screw sticking out of the back of my case.

and on the matter of screws, I pulled out all the screws and the manual, and I challenge anyone to show me that they are what is listed on the paper.

and while I mention the manual; you're better off guessing where things go than rely on that joke.

The front ports don't even work, I can plug in my USBs, but the headphone/mic are just for show; they do nothing.

Let's see what else...

They must've made this thing out of a new hybrid toilet paper metal, because everything bends at the slightest touch. The stands it sit on came loose. You have to snap off the back ports, and the ones that came pre-snapped (HAHAH) don't fit well.

There is probably space for as many Hard Drives as it lists, but have fun getting them in there.

Optional front fan? HAHAHA

I also noticed this strange blue light around my computer and wondered what it was; it was the bulb that makes half of the orange strip light up, it was pouring out of my case b/c the front panel isn't even securely on the case. I had to 'force' it shut.

Goodness, I'm not even finished and I'm almost hitting 2,000 of my 3,000 character limit?

YOU GET THE IDEA, DO NOT BUY!!

Other Thoughts: There's "you get what you pay for"

and then there's "you pay for some measure of BASE quality assurance"

This follows neither. If there even is a statistician that is in charge of quality control, they've been hitting the 'stuff' a little too much... Heck (s)he's probably been breathing in the fumes from the cases.

2 out of 5 eggsCheap Build

Pros: I bought this case because of the sale price and I like the front design on the front panel.

Cons: For a retail price of $49.99 I was expecting a little more quality. The front panel felt like cheap plastic. The picture also shows there is a fan that shines blue but, there is no fan in the front. It only has one rear fan. Also the case was kind of small.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking to upgrade and add things to your gaming PC then get a bigger case. You can find some nice cases that have ample amount of space for a reasonable price.

5 out of 5 eggsloVE THIS CASE FOR THE PRICE

Pros: lIGHTWEGHT, PLASTIC COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION ALLOWS FOR NON FLOPPY ALUMINUM PANELS THAT GET BENT, THE REAR PANEL MOUNT SYSTEM HAS THE SCREW ON THE OUTSIDE WITH A COVER THEAT POPS OFF LEAVING LESS CORNERS INSIDE TO GET THINGS SNAGGED ON. THE FRONT FAN MOUNT YOU JUST PULL FRONT COVER OFF AND SLIDE IT ON THE LONG PLASTIC TUBES. WHEN YOU COLSE THE FRONT ITS HELD IN PLACE THIS ACTUALLY CAUSES LESS VIBRATION AND NOISE AS NOTHING CAN RATTLE LUSE, THE 2.5 " MOUNTING BRAKET SITS ONTOP OF THE 3.5 INCH BAY AND ITS TURNED SIDEWAYS WITH AN ACCESS ON THE OTHER SIDE THATS REALLY EASY TO GET TO AND THE 2.5 COMES OFF AND OUT QUICK. IT LOOK REALLY GOOD IN PERSON AND THE TWO LITTLE LED STRIPS THAT GLOW ON THE CASE I DONT BELEIVE ARE MENTIONED, ALSO COMES WITH A MOLEX PIGTAIL THAT HAS A LEAD FOR A FAN WITH SYSTEM FAN PLUG IF YOUR MOBO IS OUT OF THISE

Cons: WEHN YOU REVIEW SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO TAKE ITS PRICE IN CONSIDERATION. THIS LEAVES NO CONS I JUST ORDERD #2 AND A THIRD ON THE 25TH AS I BUILD LOCALLY AND THIS IS WHAT I WILL USE UNTL THEY RUN OUT

Other Thoughts: BUY IT I HAVE PURCHASED A ROSEWELL< ANTEC, THERMALTEC, ECT... THEY EITHER COST TO MUCH OR IN THIS RANGE SUCK

3 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Very nice aesthetics, love the color scheme, black interior, bottom power supply, and the space that this provides. It only took 1 day to ship!! Very impressive indeed!

Cons: There's definitely no doubt in my mind or anyone elses mind that this case was made very cheaply, but this is a budget case so what do you expect?

Other Thoughts: Overall this case did what i needed it to do, which is now being used as a media server for my home. It was a great price indeed and I'm honestly pretty satisfied. Only reason I took 2 eggs off was because of the build quality.

2 out of 5 eggsThis is a bad case!, Don't buy this!

Pros: The case looks good +1 egg
is shaped like a case +1 egg
(these are some pretty generous raitings)

Cons: The screw heads weren't centered , the case metal could bend if you picked it up from the wrong way, the screws stripped their own threading and the screw holes weren't all the same size (the screws were supposed to be universal for the holes, i checked), also, the case fan in the front is shown in the pic but doesn't come when you buy it. i know it said that but really? you advertise it with the fan and dont sell it?
plus the pci covers break off, like it is really meant to do that.

Other Thoughts: You will waste you money buying this
