Does not control fans 1 and 2

Pros: Looks nice.

Cons: Connections to fans 1 and 2 won't allow for the rpm to be adjusted but those same fans connected to 3, 4, and 5 work just fine. Contacted them about this and they said that it could be my fans. Don't think the understood what I meant and now they wont answer me back. First and last time I ever buy a product of theirs!

Other Thoughts: A phone number would be nice for support!

Pros: Worked for a little while.

Cons: The display failed and Nzxt's RMA department is taking forever for a warranty replacement. I've been waiting almost a month for my replacement. They say they are out of stock...they're the manufacturer...

Other Thoughts: I'm going to give it another week, then just go buy a controller from a company that values their customer more.

Pros: 5 fan control channels. 5 probes. Looks OUTSTANDING. auto/manual fan control.

Cons: going to need to do alot of wire management. only increases RPM in 100 increments, 700-1200.

Other Thoughts: Installed in a CM Stacker 830 with 2 fans controlled off the MB, 4 off the Controller.

Lets be honest the reason to get this is it adds a nice presentation to the front of your rig, this is eye candy and yet retains utility. I'm pushing 4 120mm CM LED Fans.
