5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: I swapped out the molex pins for 5v to run my fans. The controller worked great, but I opted for an easier solution. I plan on grabbing two more.
quality was simply amazing and individually wrapped cables.
looked good through the case

Cons: The 4 pin connector is a bit annoying and removes some of the length usable

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap cable

Pros: Very cheap compared to using a bunch of Y style fan splitters
All sleeved cable

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Make sure that all of the fans you plug into this are PWM controlled. Normal 3 pin fans will just run at full speed. I use these cables to feed power to my delta fans, as they will easily burn Motherboard PWM fan headers.

4 out of 5 eggsHow to Use this Cable (Hope this helps)

Pros: 1. Use one 4 Pin fan header on your Mother Borad to control up to 5 x 4 pin PWM Fans
2. Black Color
3. Individually Sleeved

Took some research to figure out how to use this cable.
First, Only One of the 5 splitter headers have the full 4 pins the other four all have 3 pins.
But don't worry, the missing Pin with the Green wire is the Fan Tach Pin (Tachometer that sense Fan RPM).
So it is intend that you plug at least one fan into the full 4 pin connector , to give the RPM feed back ( Probably why, some of the reviews where people were complaining, fans are all running at full speed)

This product is intended to run all connected fans at the same speed (all connectors have the Blue Wired/Fan control Pin Present), while maintaining the PWM function.
It is not intend to consolidate various fans through out your case. But should be used to merge multiple fans on a single radiator.

Check out the intel link if you need a refresh course on fan Pins
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-012074.htm

Cons: 1. Need Instruction Manual or at least some indication on how to connect to the right connecters

2. Wish Newegg carried other similar products with various 4 pin fan splitters. this is the only one and 5 is a "odd" number for radiators.

Can not speak to the quality of the product, because at this point I only ran it for a day. Will update review if it craps out on me

5 out of 5 eggsA bit of a cable monstrosity.

Pros: Works fantastic. Bought two and have 10 fans running in a couple mining rigs. Build quality is nice and if you have and technical knowledge at all you can figure out how to get the pwm to work. Just plug in the pam lead into your motherboard.

Cons: This will challenge your cable management.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome, especially for the price

Pros: Versatile. Can power the fans using your motherboard fan header or a PSU molex. I just took the molex end on this adapter and switch it to 7volts so all my fans run at 7v.

I also use Shop Runner so free 2 day shipping. Cant beat that for $4.99

Cons: Takes up more space than not using it.

Other Thoughts: You can also switch the molex end to 5v which I did initially but it was too slow for my fans and they are almost silent running at 7v. Note that you have to switch the molex pins around yourself, search on google on how to do this if you need to know how.

1 out of 5 eggsDoes not work

Pros: None

Cons: The fans run at max speed, the feedback from the board is non existent. I am using an Asus board, and when I connected the fans directly the board was able to control the fan speed. Now I am stuck with four thingies that don't work.
