Pros: Gets the video to my monitor/TV.

Cons: Very stiff due to the cable thickness. Screws on the connectors are difficult to screw into the ports, seems to be misaligned in the connector and so they don't move easily.

Other Thoughts: The cable is unusally thick compared with most other VGA cables I've used.

Pros: Does what it is supposed to. Shows image on tv.

Cons: Thumbscrews are a little hard to get started and a little small for big fingers

Cons: This cable has no ferrite magnets to reduce interference. No interference was noticeable, just thought I'd point that out.

Other Thoughts: If I need another VGA cable, I'll get this one again.

Cons: horrible & low quality construction. the metal plate that the connector screws slide through had misplaced holes which made it very difficult to get the screws lined up with their screw in areas on the video card and on my television.

had it for 3 months and the cable is coming lose from the vga plug on one end causing colors to go out if there is the slightest wiggle in the cable. the only movement this cable has been subject to after installation is moving my computer tower a several inches across the floor to clean under and behind it, then moving it back again. there is really no reason for the lack of quality, other than the fact that this is what i have come to expect as more of our consumer goods are made in china and not here in the USA.

Other Thoughts: next time im going to get a cable from a reputable brand thhat will withstand small operation wiggles that shouldnt affect it.

i have a old gateway vga cable i inherited from the girlfriends parents after their 2001 gateway finally died, the cable is more flexible and has survived more operational trauma than the one i bought here, its still working fine and will replace this krappo kayble until i either find a better working one used at goodwill (which would have been made when computer equiptment was made better) or spring for a high quality one.

wonder if new-egg will send a replacement..........................

Pros: Good shielding, eliminated the ghosting effect I had on my HTPC. Good job for the price.

Cons: Extra shielding does make the cable hard to bend and twist around to position it.

Other Thoughts: The con is almost not a con since the stiffness of the cable reflects the proper shielding in it. Overall, zero complaints.
