5 out of 5 eggsBest one yet.

Pros: The best MB from Intel I have ever owned. Easy to overclock. I have had this in my Video Security PC for over 2 years. No problems. I really have 2 of these. Did I mention that they are great MB's.

Cons: None,

Other Thoughts: Wish Newegg still had it. I would like to have another one for a new build.

4 out of 5 eggsLatest Bios not compatible with certain high end graphix cards

Pros: Love this board, looks cool and handles all the stuff I put in it.

Cons: Cant flash the latest BIOS 5926 with EVGA 560Ti.

Other Thoughts: Kept hitting a 5A post code after Bios flash with latest BIOS. 5924 works fine.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mobo! Awesome price!

Pros: comes with bluetooth, which is handy when using it with my cell-phone. It's great, and easy to install and setup, no problems what so ever!

But remember to look to see which memory hubs you need to fill first, if your only going to fill 2. Otherwise it won't start.

Cons: none

1 out of 5 eggsAnother dead board

Pros: The board, itself, has great features.

Cons: NewEgg. I will never order a motherboard from NewEgg again. Their prices are great, and I will continue to order other components, but every time I order an motherboard from NewEgg I have problems. I have no time for the RMA process, so I just buy the same, exact board from another vendor and, inevitably, it boots with no problem.

So far with this board, I have gotten no post, blue screens of death, installation canceled do to missing files.

I just ordered the same board from another vendor and will receive it on Friday. Will update and let you know what happens

Other Thoughts: As an aside, I ordered a different Intel board last week and built a system for a friend. While that board more or less worked, it refused to recognize a PCIe 16x card. I tried 3 different cards, and got blues screens of death with all of them. Luckily, we built the system using a 5i with video support, so we could get by without having to RMA the board.

NewEgg - never again will I buy a motherboard from you.

1 out of 5 eggsLow Quality for Price

Pros: 1. Neat little LED skull that lights up when disk is accessed.
2. Did I mention the skull? That's about it.

Cons: 1. Worked fine for a year, then lost SATA ports.
2. Returned to Intel for RMA, was rejected for "cut traces", even though the board had not been touched since installation.
3. It took Intel's Customer Service Dept. over a month to process RMA.
4. Quirky BIOS.

Other Thoughts: The capacitors are substandard compared to other boards in its price range. Also, dealing with Intel's customer support is a pain. Simply not worth the premium cost for what you get.

3 out of 5 eggsQuirky Stability

Pros: Excellent performance with I5-760 & 4GB DDR3. W7 32 bit. Silly. but fun, illuminated skull with flashings (HD indicator) on M/B.

Cons: Repeatly lost network adapter on eveyr reboot unitl I reloaded BIOS. The process:
1) rerun Intel Pro Connection driver and NIC adapter would be found an connect.
2) reboot and no recognized NIC again.
3) go into BIOS, change something (like enable/disable clear setup log), and save & exit. Then problem fixed.
4) Updated BIOS to latest as of 1/4/11. No problem.
5) System was down for 2 days. Started up and same problem again. Re-do #1 & #3 above, then OK again on reboot.
I am not confident this fix will keep. I suspect this board has a BIOS programming retention problem (same as DP55SB).
System is off for this week at my office. If the problem persists I will RMA it.

Other Thoughts: The BIOS programming retention problem may be pervasive to the current production of Intel boards. A friend's DX58S0 board is having a similar problem with the NIC adapter. His solution was to buy a Rosewill NIC card.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter than Reviewers Believe

Pros: - Contains all the up-to-date components you need. Plenty of all those great features. Trust me, the POST decoder that comes with this is one of the best features ever.

- It just works, right out of the box.

Cons: - Space is a little cramped for shoving a HSF in for the CPU. Not that big of a deal if you know what you're doing. No eggs subtracted because of the flawlessness of the board.

Other Thoughts: I had a little trouble installing my RAM, as the board failed to pass the POST. The POST-decoder on the board told me I had a RAM problem. Thanks, Intel. +1 for the motherboard, -1 for my skills.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Board

Pros: This board is amazing! You can overclock with no trouble and not to mention the alien head LED is pretty cool!

Cons: Through post to get into BIOS is pretty quick and you have to really pay attention on what to push to get into BIOS
