2 out of 5 eggsBeware

Pros: It came with a nice wireless feature, it was a nice easy install for a first time builder.

Cons: The BIOS is not updated enough to build with certain processors. I bought the E8400 from Intel and after installing everything right the monitor would not pick up the input signal. After doing some research stemmed from an error code "03" on the mobo I found out that you have to flash the BIOS to the newest version before using my processor. So I wasted around 75$ after having to send back my processor because you CAN NOT send back this board.

Other Thoughts: I would buy a different board if you are looking to overclock a newer processor, or unless you can flash your BIOS before installing this processor. As I couldn't I have wasted a lot of money trying to get this problem fixed.

5 out of 5 eggswow what a rush

Pros: I love tweaking this board I got my E6600 Core 2 Duo 2.4 ghz stock to a whopping 3.37ghz voltage set to 1.51 CPU temps never got over 40deg cel while running bench-mark 06

Cons: almost a 13000 on 3D mark, and wish I knew how to upload a video review, oh well ///THE ONLY THING THAT BITeS ABOUT THIS BOARD IS THAT THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THE SLI UNLESS YOU CAN FIGGURE OUT HOW TO FLASH / UPDATE YOUR BIOS WITH BIOS BETA 1.4, I READ REVIEWS AND FORUMS ABOUT IT BUT NO LUCK GETTING IT BUT EVEN IF YOU COULD YOU WOUL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE AMOUNT OF PERFORMANCE INCREASE. TO BAD THIER SOLD OUT.

Other Thoughts: This board that CPU with 2gigs Mushkin DDR2 800 EPP ready @ 4-5-4-11 timings. (great stuff), EVGA 8800GT Super-Clocked Lots of fans in a cooler master 690, (nice case with good air flow)and a 750W cooler master PSU also to keep things cool I'm using a coolermaster Gemini II boy they gotta love me :~)

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad at all

Pros: I have been using this board around a week now. Zero problems at all. Have a Core2 Duo with 4 gigs of RAM and everything is running smoothly.
Have not tried to overclock yet.

Running WinXP 64. Works fine.
3 Pci Slots.
Tons of extras included. Cool packaging.

Cons: No PCI Express 2.0

Other Thoughts: The LED lights on the back of the mobo create a cool ambience. You can also configure how the lights blink.
I'm happy with this board. Especially with the rebate that takes a hundred off the price.

2 out of 5 eggsOverclockers - Avoid like the plague

Pros: Feature-packed. The board comes with WiFi, excellent.

Cons: This board is NOT good for overclocking.

There is a plethora of overclocking options, from a wide range of voltage selections to the ability to "unlink" frequencies that depend on the external CPU frequency... however, the board is flaky and unstable.

It is possibly the most unstable board I have ever used.

Other Thoughts: Update the BIOS before you waste time using the shipped BIOS, especially if you use Quad-core.

Check out the official ABIT forums at: http://forum.uabit.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3

Disregard the marketing propaganda, this board is just not cut out for overclocking.

3 out of 5 eggsNOT FOR QUADS

Pros: It would be a good board for anyone with an unlocked multiplier. Very cheap, especially with rebate. CMOS reset switch on I/O panel is handy (you will definitely use it).

Cons: NOT FOR QUADS: Requires a bios update to work with quad cores at all, does not work out of the box. Even the latest bios is terrible for quad cores. Maximum stable overclock for q6600 on this board is 3.0ghz regardless of temperatures or voltages. The box says it supports fsb of 1333 but can go "well beyond specification" with overclocking, what a lie. Just take a look at the abit forums. People have been able to get quads much higher with other manufacturers 680i boards.

Other Thoughts: What a waste of water cooling. Keep in mind that this board is non-refundable on newegg so you are stuck with it once you buy it.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible value!

Pros: Flawless XP and Vista installations on this board. Has a LOT of nice features. Completely stable in games, Prime95, etc. Would definitely buy again. LED lights on the back side of the board make for a great show in a windowed computer. After the rebate, you're getting a top of the line mobo for a budget price. Stable through many, many hours of COD4 and Oblivion.

Cons: I used this board in a system I built for a relative, but now I want one. I don't need to spend the money on it, but I still want it.:(

Other Thoughts: After reading some of these Newegg reviews I began to get a bit concerned. I went ahead and flashed to the newest beta bios (14) before I even installed an OS and the board has been 100% stable and flawless through everything I've thrown at it. I never had a chance to oc it as it was a build for someone else. This board is a GREAT buy!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mobo.. lacks IDE ports

Pros: Building a full tower system with 4 old PATA/IDE hard drives thrown in, along with 2 IDE DVD Drives and 3 new SATA Drives. It is "future proof" with plenty PCI-X and SATA/eSATA connectors, the cooling pipeline would make it a great overclocker

Cons: Can only connect 2 IDE devices to it. Had to get an external IDE RAID controller card.

Pros: This Board Has everything I need and then some. After I flashed the bios, just after the first power up!!! Beautiful! no flaws, it got out there and OC'D like I hoped! I would But this board again!

Cons: I bought it when there was not a rebate offered!

Other Thoughts: With a 100.00 mail in I would have to say that it would be stupid not to but.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board

Pros: Very tweakable; stable when setup correctly; lots of connections; plug and play setup;

Update the BIOS to 1.3 right away, but it booted right up with 1.0

Cons: Very tweakable;
Ran into a situation where it wouldn't keep my settings. Realized after awhile that another setting was trying to automate things for me.

Other Thoughts: I needed a better system for running Virtual Machines, with support for 32GB of RAM this board looked interesting.

I've been a fan of Abit for a long time, this board replaced an older AN8-Ultra, which was also great.
