No Windows 7 support
- Pros: Working very stable. no problems at all
- Cons: Windows 7 not fully supported. gigabyte website says it win7 certified. yes, win 7 installed without problems but..
TPM not working under Win 7
Etherner port teaming not working too.
I am not sure about other gigabyte utilitys. thay may not compartible with win 7 too.
overall rating bad - because of no win 7 support
asus, msi - continue support P45 motherboards.
- Other Thoughts: excellent choice for XP or Vista.
Junk Board
- Pros: It'll fit nicely in your trashcan
- Cons: Gigabyte makes the worst board, in my experience. They don't last, tons of compatibility issues and just bad build quality. This one didn't last a month and had to go through the hassle. Last Gigabyte board had RAM incompatibility issues.
- Other Thoughts: To add insult to the injury. They have the worst customer service know to man. Avoid them like a plague.
Very poor board
- Pros: Lots of Ethernet ports, nice layout, looks solid.
- Cons: I could only get this board to boot a couple of times. Then it would go into a reboot loop and would not post.
- Other Thoughts: Don't bother with this board, Gigabyte has many other good boards, but not this one.
