Great MOBO
- Pros: Great MOBO. Combo this with the i7 920 and 6 to 12 gbs of dd3. just the best bang for your buck. This MOBO is built very well and the bios is a breaze to overclock.
- Cons: The pcie ports are a little closer then I would like them to be for my sli 260 gtx's. Also the serial AtA ports get restricted if you have big cards.
- Other Thoughts: Very happy with it. great buy, great shipping by newegg.
The Best Mobo I've used yet!
- Pros: I LOVE THIS THING!
-Very intelligent in all aspects, it is an overclockers dream, has great options for manual clocking or you can let it do it itself and it will fly when it needs too! has amazing power saving options if you care. Great cooling. Great bios options and great bundled software! At first I had to reset the CMOS manually when i was trying to push he RAM to 2Ghz, but soon after I found that it will try too boot until it cant then go back to the previous settings, which saves a lot of time and work. i love this board, so sexy and durable too.
- Cons: The PCI-Express ports are kind close together, I had one GTX260 in this thing and if I had two in it they would basically be an atoms width apart from each other. So this broad isn't the best SLI board.
The GPU covers the CMOS reset pins so if you need to reset your BIOS you will most likely have to remove your GPU, which is annoying, but with this thing being so smart, you probably wont have to =)
- Other Thoughts: So many features! I wish my case could use them all. this thing is very smart and has such nice features like the durability and the dual BIOS and so much more, I highly recommend! , best board I have worked with so far!
Great mobo for the price
- Pros: Comes with everything you need to make it run great and keep the BIOS updated. Software is made for the novice people, like myself, as well as the seasoned veterans. Lay out is great I have a geforce gtx260 superclock and fits perfectly
- Cons: no cons that I can see just yet.
