4 out of 5 eggsSTILL WORKS

Pros: Works, Decently cost effective and has 2 PCI-e ports for video cards

Cons: Not SLI, But for price cant really complain, been working for a few years and still boots up every time and no real issues with it.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome upgrade

Pros: Great price for crossfire board!!!! I agree w/ the previous reviews: if you're rating this poorly, you probably are too dumb to realize either you downgraded or were expecting way too much from a budget board. And don't give a product a bad review just because its DOA. It happens. Get over yourself.

All the same, coming from an Abit NF-M2S, this is heaven. Very stable and performs like a champ!

Cons: - Only has AMD SB600
- Not really a gaming-grade powerhouse

And this not a con for the mobo, but Newegg took 4 days to process/ship my order, so had to sit around in epic anticipation for way longer than I planned.

Other Thoughts: CPU: AMD 4200+ 2.2ghz, Liquid cooled (and now I can get a phenom II)
RAM: 2x2gb USModular Cold Fusion (800mhz, 4-4-4-12)
GPU: MSI R5770 1gb
PSU: Raidmax 420W

Solid low-end gaming build... Very happy!

5 out of 5 eggsCheap, but for a reason

Pros: Overall decent ddr2 motherboard. I was going to get another board that was marked down from 112$ but this works surprisingly well for how much it cost. Lovely for if you just want to use your old memory, and it supports phenomII as well as overclocks in the bios. I bought this with a phenomIIx2 black callisto and unlocked the other two cores. Has been running for a month now with a low budget psu and a 4850.

Cons: You need a video card, that's probably why it's cheap like this. No onboard(integrated) video card means you can't run this right away if your buying piece by piece or just want a server computer. Luckily it comes with everything else and if you have a card ready then it shouldn't be a problem.

Other Thoughts: At first I was wondering why it was so cheap, found it was because it doesn't come with it's own video card (which would probably bump this up by another 40$)

4 out of 5 eggsBoard works fine if.....

Pros: you know what your doing. So many bad reviews from people who obiviously have no idea how to setup a new system. Don't cry if you can't properly build and maintain a PC. (ie: cooling, cleaning, confiquring).

Board supports Phenom 9950. Up to 8 Gig of PC6400 memory. Supports Crossfire. Supports EIDE. Supports SATA.

Cons: SATA ports are inconviently located. So is the IDE port.

Other Thoughts: Its laughable how many people claim to have a 'High Understanding' of PC technology, but its obvious from their reveiws that don't have a clue.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This board has worked fine for me for about 20 months now. I'm not a computer genius but decided to write this rating because I don't think this board is as bad as the other guys say it is. I don't have enough tech knowledge to overclock, but I can tell if my pc is fast enough.

Cons: When I rate a product I have to consider the price. This board delivers about $79.99 worth of value.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage Motherboard

Pros: NONE WHAT SO EVER

Cons: after about 6 months, it died completely, no post beeps, no video, nothing at all, RMA'd it back to the company, they sent the exact same board back, had same serial number and everything, another couple months, and it went out again, same problems. All i can say it was Garbage, never going to buy another MSI board again. I could've bought a new board with how much it was to send it back to MSI, what a waste to pay for the board twice and have it be a piece of Garbage.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY, worth less than one egg

1 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: None

Cons: Board is half-dead. I can boot the system, but the memory and access systems on the board are messed up. I get error codes on boot, the read/write times are like a floppy drive, the CPU is ridiculously slow. I know the other components are fine. I can't afford to ship the board back for an RMA, and I basically paid all the money so I could have a mostly-dead computer after waiting a week for 3 day shipping.

Other Thoughts: Like I said above, I can't afford to RMA, plus I paid 3 day and had to wait a week, with no shipping refund. I am going to be taking my business somewhere I can afford to fix things, like the store up the street, where prices are higher but it wont cost me 4 days of food money and 2 weeks of waiting to get a part replacement for a defective part.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It works

Cons: I dunno if it's my new CPU or this thing has problems with my RAM, but my system chokes on significant files, runs slow even though it sees all system resources installed, and even chokes on youtube videos. I can't install the Etherenet drivers because there were none provided for Win7 The DVD drive I have is SATA and it runs half as fast if THAT fast, as my old IDE one too.

Other Thoughts: The shipping was only $10 but for me, that's 10 meals. I paid 3 day shipping, it took 7, and I do not like excuses from businesses about "Oh, well I don't wanna do what you paid me for, it's inconvienient" and I will think seriously about going to the local elctronics store next time I need something. 9 days with no computer after I already paid for the parts, is unacceptable.
