Onboard Gigabit Ethernet LAN means that you can connect to other networked devices without running into a bottleneck.

Pros: DDR3 128mb sideport memory was a plus. Northbridge heatsink connects with ferrite cores heatsink which works rather well, and actually stays cooler (38C) then my girl friends Gigabyte 785g northbridge (40C) (Microatx also), The sata ports are not like the Gigabytes either, they are side ways which allows me to put a huge card if I please. I can also play the sims 3!!!
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: Just a thought, someone here asked if this board supports surround sound through HDMI, and it does. I got 5.1 channels through my reciever from my p.c. It will down grade the audio if its not digital sound, just like all other mobos. Setup: Phenom II X3 720 BE DDR3 1.5V Patriot 1333 ram (4 gigs total) WD 500 gig Hard drive. Hp dvd/cd burner All in one digital reader (internal) 300 Watt-power supply (which i will replace with a 500w Rosewell, since im getting a graphics card.)

Other Thoughts: To the review below this-
It is marketed as having 1GigaBIT of sideport memory and it does. 1Gb (Little b) = 128MB (Big B).

Pros: Great little board.
Has more options than I'll ever use. I'm not real big on overclocking but if you are, it appears to have plenty of overclock options (that I'll never use).
I am using the on board video and it appears to be excellent for on board video. I watch broadcast HD tv using it and have no problems so long as the signal is good, but that is unrelated to the video, that's just standard for any weak digital signal.
DVD movies have no problems with it at all.
Very pleased with the overall quality and available options.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: When I first attempted to run the setup cd, there was a noticeable lag between the time the setup screen appeared and my ability to select the options.
As it turns out, it attempts to "phone home" before you can click on any of the options. Just something to be aware of if you run the setup without connecting to the I'net first. You have to give it several seconds to realize it can't phone home.
It's not a pro or con, just something to be aware of.

Pros: Great board and an easy install in my case. I dropped an AMD Phenom II 955 BE and OCZ AMD Black Edition DDR3 1600 in there. It works! The only issue I had was...
Cons: Overclocked without too many problems, though I did have to up voltages more then I liked. Board seemed a bit unstable on that but otherwise it did fine!
Other Thoughts: None really. Great budget board for casual or gaming use.
