5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for a Budget Build

Pros: I give this 5 eggs due to what i wanted, and what i got. This baord is very excellent for a budget build that i have done for a gaming PC. (I have it running with Core i3-2100, Radeon 6850, 8gb kingston Memory)

Cons: Only 2 memory slots.
Only 1 PCIE 2.0 slot.
Only 2 fan connectors.
^^(These are not CONS, mearly just letting you know this board is limited to what it offers)

Other Thoughts: Although this MB is limited to what is have to offer, there are some nifty perks; such as USB 3.0 ports, SATA 6gbs.

5 out of 5 eggsToo bad it's not available!

Pros: Working excellently for my budget gaming PC! USB 3.0 & SATA 6gbps are nice features but I'm not using either (yet). Only really needed drivers for ethernet & sound (I think windows downloaded one of the special chipset drivers as an automatic update). Paired with i3 2120, GTX 560ti, and 8GB of G.skill DDR3 1333 memory

Cons: You could cite lack of slots or chipset limitations, but that comes down to your research & value for money

Other Thoughts: Thought it was weird how windows "knew" what brand motherboard I was using, & put MSI logos on my desktop & user picture by default. Didn't read about this in any of my research, but no huge deal there!

3 out of 5 eggsNice basic board

Pros: Price is good. USB3 & SATA 6GB. Full ATX.

Cons: I was fooled with the OC Genie feature, thinking I would be able to overclock my unlocked Intel processor. But this board has, in fact, absolutely no overclocking feature.

5 out of 5 eggsGood mobo.

Pros: Good price for a mobo that includes usb 3.0 and sata 6gbps ports. UEFI bios are definitely a plus.

Cons: Lack of slots. Only 1 PCI Express x16 slot and only 2 slots for RAM. Otherwise, great mobo.

1 out of 5 eggsFaulty from the start

Pros: Cheap price, full size ATX

Cons: Was a pain to get the BIOS configured to boot from my SSD. Once I did as soon as I applied any Windows 7 patch the system would no longer boot. Saw the BIOS was out of date so upgraded that then the system would no longer see any of my SATA drives. RMA'ed the board

5 out of 5 eggsGreat board for a cheap build

Pros: I had this thing for about a month. It was definitely a good board. If you are looking for a cheap build get this board. Has nice features. The BIOS is semi UEFI. Solid boards and is not flimsy like others.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I returned this thing as I wanted a P or Z series MOBO to overclock my CPU. The H61 has very limited OC capabilities which don't go beyond stock turbo core speeds. But if you are not OCing then get this board.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Value.

Pros: I was looking for the cheapest motherboard I could find, with plenty of expansion slots, and PS/2 ports. This is the best I could find, for the cheapest price, from a good brand.

Cons: None, sorta long and skinny but that's no big deal.

Other Thoughts: USB 3.0 is an added bonus!

5 out of 5 eggsGets the job done

Pros: USB 3, SATA 6, easy to read manual,

Cons: IOs don't stick out as much as I'd like from the knockout plate. I have another MSI board that has a similar problem. UEFI is not as nice looking as it could be(it's a simple bios blue screen with a mouse pointer).

Other Thoughts: Has two PCI slots but this is a dying architecture on motherboards, would have preffered PCI-E slots in lieu of them but they decided to have some legacy architecture on it so it's to the user's preference. One of the more classy motherboards at the 70 dollar price range.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth it

Pros: full size board, 4 system fan slots

Cons: PCI Express slot DOA. Windows would install but updating any driver would cause Windows to no longer boot. Upgrading the BIOS caused the SATA III ports to no longer recognize the drives. RMA'ing board and getting something different.

Other Thoughts: Your mileage may vary
