All Solid Capacitors

Capacitors are the most important component for an electronic product's power supply. The quality of the capacitors can impact the stability of the entire system and risk of product failure. Currently there are two types of capacitors, electrolytic capacitors and solid capacitors. Compared to electrolytic capacitors, solid capacitors have a longer lifespan, and provide a more stable power under high temperatures. More importantly, solid capacitors do not have any liquid materials inside, and thus will not suffer a leak which would infringe upon the product's stability. With such benefits is it no wonder that solid capacitors are very important for product-quality improvement.

1 out of 5 eggs2 dead motherboards

Pros: convenient to change BIOS settings upon boot or in Windows

Cons: First motherboard lasted 8 months, then one day, no video out. RMA'd. Water-cooled CPU, plenty of fans in the case, so no heat problems.
Second replacement motherboard lasted one month, then same problem -- no video out. Need to RMA again. This is ridiculous.

Other Thoughts: Never going to buy an MSI motherboard again.

1 out of 5 eggsI got ripped off by NEW EGG

Pros: SHIPPING WAS FAST! the item came faster than excepted.

Cons: The problem. I order the wrong board which was this one. I did every thing I was suppose to do( RMA) It took new egg awhile to respond like 2 weeks. Than they told it was damage, new egg told me I installed it wrong. I never installed it, got the item return to me. So it was damage when there people inspected it but told me I did it.So if you return something like I did (motherboard) except to get ripped off by new egg. I also packed more secure than they did when they shipped off back to me.So now I'm out 180 because new egg stupid lazy inspectors didn't want to return my item . Do your self a favor and go with some other retail store

Other Thoughts: Buyer beware with new egg returns

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING

Pros: So far this board has been flawless 5 r9 290x's running seamlessly.

Cons: Only on is where they put one of the pcie 1x ports it makes you need risers and the sata drives are right in the way of the other card unless you used the notched ones but these are small pieces to the puzzle in my mind.

5 out of 5 eggsNice board

Pros: Nice board with all the fixins in the back. BIOS allowed for easy overclock of memory from 1866 to 2133 and CPU from 3.8 to 4.1. It could probably go higher, but it is stable and sufficient for right now.
I like how it came with some adapters for the front panel to connect to then plug those directly into the MB instead of having to get big hands in there and line each one to each pin individually.

Cons: The BIOS can be a little confusing with going to overclock tab, but that is automatic overclock where they recommend you not make any changes in it. instead you go to the normal screen to make all your changes to overclock manually. Still nice board though

1 out of 5 eggsAnother failed motherboard.

Pros: Zero.

Cons: Dead video output out of the box. See below.

Other Thoughts: I RMA'ed my last motherboard back to Newegg after my previous MSI FM2-A85XA-G43 instantly died upon installing the horrible drivers included on it's installation disk. I received my new one today and this one has no working video output. All standard troubleshoots performed from checking graphics card, cables, plugs, and testing other parts in other PCs.

This will NOT be a cycle. MSI never gets a dime from me again and I will be asking for a full refund or it gets charged back. I don't have these problems with Asus/Gigabyte products.

1 out of 5 eggsMOBO is garbage

Pros: Nice nand easy, HDMI port, DVI, VGA, lots of USB ports
Easy install

Cons: I had everything installed perfectly, I put windows 7 on it, I started it a couple days after the install and I have no video output, I tested the screen and everything else worked perfectly, I would not recommend buying this item.

3 out of 5 eggsMediocre, but works fine & value-priced

Pros: Works. Relatively cheap, though I was kind of hoping there'd be more <$50 FM2 mobos out there by now. Has a fairly generous number of PCIx1 slots for adding graphics cards later. 4 RAM slots (which is nice for the price).

Cons: Somehow, these were more time-consuming and irritating to set up than 4 m-atx boards I bought just a couple weeks ago. The space is questionably used, and there's really no excuse for side-facing SATA connectors. The UEFI BIOS is fairly annoying due largely to all the non-standard categorizing they do (without visiting the options, I'd have no idea what could possibly be in the "eco" section of a BIOS), and it took me a little while to figure out why booting from a USB stick wouldn't work on this particular mobo (I was trying to boot UEFI:USB instead of realizing there's a separate non-UEFI USB option which I was supposed to use).

The chipset drivers are absurdly large in size (and it's not pre-2010, so I don't install optical drives anymore). We really need to get this under control. I shouldn't need to download ~700MB in drivers. Downloading just the drivers for my OS (which I don't think was an option, or I missed it), it's generally ~1-5MB for each one I choose to install, so where's all the other data coming from? I didn't dock them points for this because it's a problem with just about every MoBo manufacturer.
