Striker never
- Pros: none
- Cons: got the striker 2 extreme may 2008 on board ethernet ports died had to use nic now hard drives no longer exist on computer and can't use for anything other than a paper weight.
- Other Thoughts: this is the first bad asus board I have gotten but it has been so bad I don't see me buying another asus product ever again. this deserves 0 but it me choose 1
Review Update - A year and a half and still good!
- Pros: Been running great for the past year and a half as a media center PC.
- Cons: Sleep mode is picky in media center. Could be Windows and not the motherboard.
- Other Thoughts: Been running as a media center pc for a year and a half with no issues with about 6 terrabytes of drive space and 2 HD TV tuners and 2 SD TV Tuners. Recently upgraded to Windows 7 and still runs smooth. Only problem since the Windows 7 upgrade is studdering video once in a while. That didn't happen with Vista. Since i'm running 4 TV tuners at the same time and only 2 gig of memory so it's time for a memory upgrade!
Works
- Pros: Works as intended in regular mode.
- Cons: I have not used the software to do the overclocking yet so cannot comment on the ability to do that without problems.
