I am venturing into a new territory, customizing parts on my computer. The only new part I have gotten in hardware was a GeForce GTX 650. I would like to purchase this piece of hardware, but I have one question. Will this fit in the Dell Inspiron 518 case?(You can look it up to see what that looks like.) I would love a response if you could answer this. Thank you in advance.

honestly I do not think it will in fact if you are going with a better video card go with a better motherboard.  This is not a gaming board.  I bought it for a friend who uses it for surfing web and writing emails.  gtx 650 is long and I am pretty sure you will bump into something since this board is fairly small and the card will either hit the power cable or something else so I would stear clear

The chip on this board is an Intel Celeron 847, and it is a 1.1GHz dual core processor. However, like most chips in this class they are non-upgradable. The reason is, these chips are not based on a physical socket like the LGA 1150 chips - the 4770K for example. But instead, these chips use a BGA package, meaning they have to be soldered directly to the board.

If you are interested in chips of this performance level that are upgradable, you may want to keep an eye out for AMD's upcoming Kabini processors for the AM1 socket. These will be available in dual core and quad core versions, ranging from 1.3ghz to just over 2ghz. They will all have 128 Shader Processors with clock speeds of 400-600MHz giving them pretty impressive graphics performance. And these chips will all be have a 25w TDP give or take. While this is slightly higher than the 17w quoted for the Celeron 847, kabini should make up for it with the better graphics and being upgradable.

Also the Realtek LAN Controller has PXE OPROM. If enabled, you have Ipv4 and Ipv6 Support choices.

What are you needing to use it for?
It should, as a drop in replacement.  
Check the case to see if it supports mini ITX, & you will need laptop memory as well as new hard drives or adapters (SATA vs ATA 100) & probably PCI-X cards if needed.

I use this as a xbmc build and I didn't know the answer I looked it up on a messageboard and some guy said it was not an option. It says it drops low when not in use.

However, the power draw is very minimal and it has a pci express slot. Believe me when I purchased this board I looked for many ITX boards around this price range with a pci bus and I didn't find any. This board offers that with minimal fuss. One of the reasons I bought it.

No only cpu/video/mobo. But keep an eye out for deals, lots of embedded mobo's like this have deals - when you add it to your cart you'll see both.

I am interested in the antec isk 110 case with 90w external adapter.

I have 2 samsung 204Pin SO-DIMM "DDR3L" 1333 1.35V and a 2.5 sata 500gb hard drive. With this motherboard, cpu, memory, and 2.5 hard drive, and added wifi, will 90w be enough power?

90 watts will power the biggest 17" laptop with bells and whistles so your setup looks good to go
