Does this mobo come with the Rog oc II Panel?

No it does not.  :/   Tried to get the OC Panel II from ASUS directly and was told that NewEgg carries it as an accessory.  This is not true; NewEgg only has the OC Panel I (the original which is only compatible with the Exteme VI.)

ASUS has already stated that they will NOT sell the 10Gb NIC and DAC separately.

Until ASUS hires some first level folks who are willing to do the research to get a real answer, I fewar the only way to get the OC panel II and the Assembly accessories will be to buy both MBs.

AUS said to file a complaint with them if we cannot find the OC Panel separately  (but I've gotten no response).

Question 2

What EVGA PRO SLI BRIDGE HB would work with it? I'm sure I could fit there 2 or even 3 GPUS but I'm going to get 2x GTX1080 and I need to know what spacing Bridge i need. anyone?

I used this one with my 980TI SLI: EVGA Pro SLI Bridge V2 (3-Way/2-Way)

Bit of advice though, just get a 1080ti.  The SLI microstutter is real.  I'm much happier with my Titan Pascal than I was with 980ti SLI, even though the framerates are lower.

Question 3

Does this Extended ATX mother board fit in a normal dimensional FULL SIZED TOWER? Since the extended version MB is somewhat larger than just a normal sized ATX MB, I want to make sure that all the mounting holes and standoff locations will fit for mounting the EATX motherboard into an ATX Full tower? Les

No,  only specific cases can hold a motherboard this size.  I believe the manual said nine holes for mounting which is more then your average case has. Try pc part picker for a good compatibility check, I'll be using a 900d corsair myself but there are many other choices. Good luck!

whats the difference between this one and the normal  ROG maximusuVIII extreme?

I believe that the more expensive version that i purchased is an increased price because of the included digital to analog converter (DAC) and the 10Gbit ethernet card included in the box.

It says in the Specifications that there are 3 usb 2.0 internal connections...I'm only seeing 2...I'm either blind or there's only actually 2 because I've read over the words across this motherboard for each pin-set a thousand times. Can someone tell me if this indeed does have 3 or where I can find a mb exactly like this but with 3 usb2.0?

yes. there are2 usb 3 and 3 usb 2 ports look on page 1-39 &1-40 in the manual..

Before I buy it does the supremefx hifi change the quality of back audio panels or just the front? And does this motherboard have sonic radar?

Just the front, you put it where you would place your CD drive, its a different audio. And yes, it has sonic radar, one worry though, my board just recently stopped working completly after about a year and a half, but im sure ASUS will RMA for me
