Absolutely. In fact you will not find many boards on the market that doesn't. Most Socket 478 and above support 64 bit as well as most Socket A and above for AMD support 64 bit.

Can u use a Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 1GB DDR5 gpu on this motherboard?

My little brother was using my old card (7850) with that motherboard and it worked fine. 7770 had a lot of driver error issues that with board. Should be ok.

Will a Asus H61M-E Intel H61(B3) Motherboard be a direct replacement for this motherboard?

Of course not. The AMD CPU you're using with this board will obviously not fit in an Intel socket.

I have installed an A6 6400K processor on this board & have run the driver install disk. I am only seeing Standard Graphic Adapter in device manager. What am I missing here? Thanks.
