Pros: There is nothing I do not like about this system board.
It is perfect for my daily use and will in the future be my HTPC.
The last computer I put yogether was 6 years ago. Today is a new ballgame. Especially reading many of the reviews here and elsewhere. Too many reviewer's put the blame on a product because of their own short comings. That can cause someone that did much research into the product, to walk aaway from it.
As I said this mobo is super especially at NE's sell price.

Cons: None except for a missing CD and specific area of the instruction manual. Many iPC enthusists have had the problem where Win 7 recognized their sATA hdd as an ATA or IDE HDD. I think that is due to veryAsrock's unfriendly user manual instructions on how to setup a sATA HDD. For those that have had this experience, do not load any driver for sATA at the very early stages of your Win 7 installtoin. Win 7 and Vista will recognize the sATA HDD.
Device Manager will list it as a Scsi device. Not as an IDE drive. However you will have to choose Raid or AHCI in the Bios prior to installing Windows 7 or Vista. 5eggs for NE 4 for Asrock's user manual

Other Thoughts: Again very pleased with Asrok 785GMH. I matched it with:

4GB a-Data DDR3 1600
WD Caviarl Black 500GB HDD
