Question 1

does this include the CPU and RAM?  is it better than my old AMD Athlon X2 5000 motherboard with 2XDDR2 slots.  my one RAM chip failed and started beeping until I took it out

No, it does not include the CPU and RAM. You'll need to order compatible selections of those as well if you don't already have them (pay attention to socket for CPU and form + speed for RAM).

"Better" is a rather subjective evaluation but this is a newer board designed for low-cost, reasonably capable systems. I wouldn't really try any high-end gaming (especially if you're running on the integrated graphics in the APU that you'd likely want to drop into this) but I've been playing Fallout 3 and Minecraft on moderate settings with a system built on this board it works pretty well.

Question 2

Does this MoBo require an APU to use the VGA port?

No, it absolutely does not. However, please note that it is an A55 socket, meaning that the only CPU's made for it are APU's. If you wish to use the onboard graphics that come with the APU, you will most likely use the MOBO VGA port unless you have a dedicated card.

If you do have a dedicated card, you can run them in psuedo-crossfire for some added performance.

this mother work great  it cheap price dont let it fool you it rock i curently running an A4 cpu in my i am a game planing to used the same broad i going upgrade to an a10 but need to change to an Fm2 broard yes all you have will work sorry but still enjoy what i am running
