5 out of 5 eggsGreat 1Gb Card For The Money

Pros: Excellent value for a ATI video card with 1Gb memory; it keeps a teenager very busy playing all of his games with all settings maxed out on a 21" monitor at 1280x1024 resolution. Perfect card for a teenager who wants to game on a limited budget and demands that you get a ATI card.

Cons: This card has GDDR2 memory and runs slower than other video cards with GDDR3 memory; still not bad for the price so don't let that deter you from buying this card.

Other Thoughts: We haven't tried CrossFire and probably won't with this card, even though motherboard is capable.

5 out of 5 eggsWin 2K Not Compatible

Pros: Very sweet card for the price if you like ATI, which I do. I had no problems at all with the installation, once I loaded windows XP instead of 2K.

Cons: No Driver support for Windows 2k, but not all that bad as that OS is slowly being phased out anyways.

5 out of 5 eggsBest 1gb for the price

Pros: Its the best 1gb on the market for the price.
Its also small and doesn't take up 2 slots!
pulls power from MB

Cons: not cross fire, in fact when i read up on this one i dont think you can even use it as a phyx card in a triple crossfire set up

Other Thoughts: Well when i first installed it i had the drivers crashing every hour... i thought it might be vista, the drivers, or the card. But once i noticed my computer was booting with different RAM values every time i was quick to find bad ram being the real problem.

2 out of 5 eggsDont bother

Pros: Umm well its cheap....thats about it

Cons: This card is slow. My vista score dropped from a 5.1 with my 512mb to 4.3 with this card. Also it dosent have crossfire hardware ability just software crossfire which is horrbile. Dont waste your time or money on this card, spend just a little more and get a better card, im RMAing this as we speak.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good Video Card

Pros: Works great right out of the box

Was looking for a short card (due to board limitations) but with good performance - well THIS card fits the bill really great and beyond my expectations and at a reasonable price

Even though it has one gigabyte of DDR2 ram - it still runs cool (right now at 104f)

Takes its power from the board not the PSU

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Excellent buy and bang for the buck-eh!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreta Quality Video Card at a Generic Card Price!

Pros: I ordered this card for HP Pavalion m7790e running a ASUS A8M2N-LA dummied up board with a intergrated Nvidia 6150E, needless to say I got this Video Card to replace the intergrated one since part of the reason I got it was for gaming purposes and it blew the ingreated one right out of the board, regestered almost twice the score for Windows Vista expereience index and was fairly easy to install. I would defiantley recommend this card to anybody who needs a great quality card for Hi-end gaming purposes and 1 GB Video Card No Less!

Cons: The Driver CD came bent but thats what ati's download site is for and was not a show stopper (At least for me).

Other Thoughts: Make Sure your system has the following requirements:
- At least a 300w power supply (Mine had a 350w).
- At least 1gb of system RAM (Mine had 4gb but 2GB should be more than sufficent for this card.
- A PCIe x16 video card slot.
Insure that if there was a previous Video Card that you remove the previous card driver and software off the pc 1st before installing this one and go into the BIOS and insure that you have the Video Card setting set for PCIe.
