4 out of 5 eggsgood, but go for toxic instead

Pros: nice form factor, great on the visuals,

Cons: wasn't able to o/c further than 660Mhz clock and 1050Mhz memory. the auto tune feature would max out all settings but they werent stable under crysis or fallout 3. not sure if this is the limit of the card but i think the toxic saphire card would oc a hell of a lot more.

Other Thoughts: otherwise great card, seems like their sold out at the moment. planning on buying another one for crossfire with my 95500 3.7Ghz , GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS5, corsair pc2-8500 at 5 5 15 & 1066Mhz.

5 out of 5 eggsExcelent Card

Pros: Using stock cooling able to over clock to 700/1145 Mhz on GPU/RAM.

Cons: Seems to run a bit on the warm side(62c), not sure if this will cause longevity issues. Power connection has clearance issues with hard drives in my case, would be nice if they would put it on the side.

Other Thoughts: Bought for Fallout 3, runs nicly at max quality settings with some occasional video artifacts.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: I love this card! I chose this over a 9800 series card and I have no regrets. I am able to play crysis, fallout 3, dead space and all other new released titles with everything maxed out. No lag and decent frame rate. the CCC is genious. software controlled overclocking and you can control the fan speed with it. I turned the fan to 100% and it brought the temp down to 32 degrees. my friends 8800gt doesn't even stand close to this beast. DX10 is absolutely amazing on FO3. Max performance on every game you play for under $150? the decision is obvious.

Cons: HOT HOT HOTTT!!! the beast gets up to the boiling point of water according to the Catalyst Control Center.

Other Thoughts: ATI for the win

1 out of 5 eggsNot Recommended

Pros: Newegg was great with fast delivery and packaged well.

Cons: Runs hot. Fans don't work properly, Crashes playing Crysis in Vista 32 bit. Catalyst 8.10 drivers are awful and system has random crashes and fails to reboot (Only boots in safe mode). I am done with ATI and am going back to Nvidia where the drivers are always great. What good is top speed if the engines blows up too soon.

Other Thoughts: Bought this card after hearing how fast it would be in crossfire mod. Decided to switch from Nvidia and bought two cards for a fresh new system. DFI DK X48 mobo, OCZ 4 gb, PC Powercooling,SB X-Fi, Vista Ultimate 32 bit. After fresh install, I update windows, download all the newest drivers for system, updated mobo bios, and made NO changes in mobo bios. After clean instal, I loaded Crysis to see all the goodies and problems began. After searching internet, I found out about many unhappy peole with this card. The VGA bios is messed up and the VGA fan runs too slow to cool the card. You can use the Catalyst drivers and control panel to manually change fan speed, but when I did the system would crash. After 75-100 reboots in safe mode, unistalling drivers, uninstallin control panel, changing to older drivers and still having no luck playing Crysis for more than 5 minutes before a crash. I am able to play COD2 with no problems, so it looks like a DX10i ssue. I am done with ATI.

4 out of 5 eggsNice card

Pros: Works as advertised. Easy install. Installation CD was effortless, good looking card. Plays everything thrown at it.

Cons: Runs hotter then i would like. Stock cooling was noisy with the fan speed increased, and didnt really solve the heat issue for me. I installed an aftermarket cooler, and it harldy ever breaks 52C now.

Other Thoughts: Built in fan controller in the drivers would be nice. Rear exhausting cooling design would be welcome. When alt tabbing from a game, my mouse cursor is reset to the middle of the screen, the screen flashes or reloads or whatever. Kinda annoying for me.

Went from a 2300 3d mark 06 system to a 12k system, no complains.

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent

Pros: Great card, powers through every game I have. Now I can actually play Call of Duty 4 with graphics set to as high as it can go and unlike my old card there's no lag what-so-ever, it plays it like a champ.

Cons: As almost everybody has stated it does run on the hot side but with the new catalyst control center (8.9) you can just simply crank the fan speed up higher I have mine at 85% most people complain about the noise but after a few days of listening to it you kinda get used to it.

Other Thoughts: I'm sure bottle-necking this card with a 2.4 ghz single-core cpu really isn't helping any but I'm still able to play everything I have with max graphics! I'm sure this thing has more potential then my current rig can let out.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Runs crysis @ 100FPS!!! The high heat can be fixed with ATI catalyst drivers people! AMD wouldn't ship out things that would overheat.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Once again you should use catalyst

5 out of 5 eggsgreat price/ preformance

Pros: Outstanding card, plays everything on max, even crysis when i clock it higher, Great for heating your case or cooking a meal on top of it. had stabability issues with 8.6-8.8 catalyst, 8.9 works like a dream as it was actually degined to run with 4800 series. Download ATI EXPERTool it comes with a fan control that works on this card. card is very slim single slot design. with fan at 50% runs at 40C at 700/1135 at load. 3dmark vantage score: 7326 (just gpu score and while oc'ed)

Cons: At first had stabability issues with bad drivers, Outputs heat into your case

Other Thoughts: plan on getting 2 to run in crossfire which should be able to beat a gtx 280! for nearly half the cost!
Asus p5q deluxe, 2gig pc9600 ddr2 ocz, 2x Seagate 250gig 16mb cache, e8500 oc. 4.3 ghz.
