5 out of 5 eggsProduct Is Not Pictured Correctly

Pros: This card delivers. It is fast and runs all of my games at the highest settings with minimal stutters or frame skips. GTA IV runs EXCELLENT on this card with just my e6320 C2D and 2GB ram (XP SP3). This card would not be the weak link in the system wanting to run the most demanding game of all time. When GTA IV came out, it was the first game to access certain parts of the PS3 - it's no different on the PC and this card will definitely get you shooting gangsters and running from cops in high speed chases and FPS. card is shorter than pictured now.

Cons: Card no longer has heatsink on ram, card is shorter now which is a good thing, but I don't know why, so it freaks me out a little. On one hand, it means it's been revised possibly with cooler running gear, on the other hand, it might have just been an excuse/easy way to price competitively. Still gets five stars for price, newegg, and it works so well.

Other Thoughts: ATi drivers can be a pain in the rear end Catalyst 9.7 has not caused me any problems. If you are going to play GTA IV, BOOT into safemode with networking (Take 2 told me this) then install GTA IV there - run it - let it do the rest of the prereq installs, then run it, let it fail since you're in safe mode, then reboot - there is something wrong and for some reason this fixes it. They have no information to share on why yet, only that it works (and worked for me) If you are experiencing CTD or freezes in GTA IV, it's not your card - it's the installer wonking when you install with your full system loaded (apparently - but again, no solid info given to the techs at this point).

Highly recommend this card - it is better than getting most of the 4xxx series in my opinion because it will last a long time and the price is right. If you just want your PC to be fast and run your games well - this is the card to get, while it lasts.

5 out of 5 eggsRight Price Good Performance

Pros: Matched up for crossfire X configuration on an MSI GD70 Mobo and AMD/ATI chipsets, these GPU's rendered very smoothly at default settings. They both idle at between 38 c and 41 c and max out at between 68 c and 69 c Overclocked at 739mhz Core/890mhz Memory. Plays Bioshock on XP very smoothly at default no need to overclock. Excellent Price At $65 each.

Cons: Non so far.

Other Thoughts: I'm not a huge gamer anymore

1 out of 5 eggsNvidia to Ati

Pros: Nice size for micro ATX build. Played Battlefield 2142 with all settings maxed. Quiet fan??

Cons: Turn computer on/ 10 seconds later fan begins to spin very slowly/ several minutes later fan stops spinning/ Open case/ spin up fan using my finger and fan continues to spin/ several minutes later fan stops spinning/ repeat...

Other Thoughts: I've always used Nvidia for my builds. Needed a smaller card for a micro ATX build and bought this. Bummer...
Oh well, turns out my Nvidia 8800 GTX 768 fits perfectly. (After Dremeling out a notch in the cd bay for the power wires on the card). Needed a bigger power supply though.

For the ATI build: Foxconn A7GMS 2.0/ AMD Phenom x3/ 4 gigs Gskill/ 600watt power/ Aspire X-Qpack case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the $$$$

Pros: I got this card to replace my aging X1900 Cf. I was also pleased to find that this card works great with my OSX86 Leopard setup.

Cons: Rebates...... never received... Received and email back in June saying it was received in April and the Rebate check mailed June 6th. But never got it and Worldwide Rebate don't track calls every call I made there is no record or email stating I called.

Other Thoughts: Over all 5 eggs for Newegg.
Sapphire gets 5 eggs for a good card.
But very disapointed on how my rebate is being handled. NO EGGS FOR THAT!!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: Handles Flight Simulator X without a problem

Cost vs performance really can't be beat

Cons: Not the ultimate gamer card

Heat sink/fan is a bit big

Other Thoughts: In my previous computer system, I had this same chipset in an AGP card and it gave OK performance.

I was really surprised to see FSX (which ran very slow on my old computer) run with everything maxed out. While it isn't the fastest card you can find, it's really hard to argue about the price for what it gives.

5 out of 5 eggsExtraordinary Value

Pros: The biggest advantage to purchasing this graphics card is the raw value you get out of the deal. Even with a lower price point, this card exceeded my expectations and is now running my favorite game *Fallout 3!* on high settings with impecible results. Beautiful graphics, at an equally admirable price.

Cons: The card is rather large, although it should still fit in any standard ATX case. If you have cramped quarters inside your computer, prepare yourself for the possibility of moving wires/cables/fans. In the end though, this is the only drawback to the card, and it is miniscule.

Other Thoughts: Thank you NewEgg once again for delivering a quality product at a reasonable price.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: -Incredible value. $50AR for a good 512MB card!
-Crossfire compatible.
-Will max out most games thrown at it.
-Build quality is excellent. Sturdy and strong.

Cons: -Big. I installed this on a mid-tower and it almost hit the other side.

Other Thoughts: The value of this makes me want to seriously consider Crossfire. $100AR for 1GB GDDR3 256-bit...astounding.

1 out of 5 eggsIs it the warranty you are expecting?

Pros: Cheap, got it from Newegg for $42

Cons: Blue screens occurred frequently on Windows 7 and Windows XP when watching movies. After contacting the company, I was notified that I need pay $15 for warranty processing. This is the first time that I ever experienced that I need pay for warranty procesing.

Byebye Sapphire!

3 out of 5 eggsNo Rebate

Pros: Great Card. Plays all the latest games on high settings, with the exception of Crysis. Great value for the price.

Cons: If you are figuring the rebate in on the price, forget it. They don't actually pay you the rebate, they tell you that they haven't received you forms. This is just what some companies do to keep the price in line.

Other Thoughts: The card was worth the $59, they didn't need to pretend there was a rebate, I would have bought the card anyway. I just can't stand unethical business practices like these. I will not buy from Sapphire again.
