5 out of 5 eggsSolid GPU

Pros: I've been using this GPU for over 3 years. This thing is a beast. It plays anything I throw at it: Crysis series, Assassin's Creed Series, Borderlands Series, etc. you name it.

Cons: No longer available for purchase :(

4 out of 5 eggsAwsome Card

Pros: stable at low fan speed and not overheating when gaming. This card is not the best on the market but for the price it's it is. i have had this card for about 6months now and it has been great! no problems as long as you update drivers if your running windows 7. Speed of card is one of the lowest out of the 4890 cards and price is kinda high now. I bought this card on sale so i did not pay what is going for now. All and all good card to get if nothing else is cheaper with same speed.

Cons: Price for core clock is kinda high some cards for $20.00 more have almost 100 more on core speed. Fan gets loud if she runs hot. When i say loud its not an understatement. Performance is as expected coming form a low core speed but still one of the lowest on the market.

Other Thoughts: gave it 4 eggs because of the core speed. other then that card is good can't wait to cross it with another one. make sure you have good air flow as this card will make over system temp go up. As most hard core AMD fan's know AMD runs hotter then intel. Overclocking dose not seem to be a good thing with this card other cards i have read on are overclocking well. might just be the card. I would buy this card again because i have had good exp with Sapphire.

5 out of 5 eggsSimple to install

Pros: Easy to install, not too loud, plays games at high FPS at 1920x1200

Cons: Was a little confusing to attach all the power connectors two it, make sure you connect both sets of power connectors

Other Thoughts: after installing drivers that came with it on the CD I was able to get 1920x1200 (originally could only see 1600x1200, quickly fixed). No problems here, enjoying my awesome FPS at high res

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Buy

Pros: Works. Runs games very well at 1600x1200, which is the resolution of my monitor. I can crank up most of the settings and gameplay remains smooth.

Cons: Sort of a high pitched whining noise when gaming. Not enough to remove an egg though.

4 out of 5 eggsHot and fast

Pros: Extremely happy with the performance. Coming from an R580+, this was a substantial increase. The price isn't bad, either.

Cons: Two things here: first of all, Sapphire switched out the reference PCB for their own teal PCB, and this one requires 6 and 8 pin PCI-E headers, not the reference 6+6 layout. Sapphire neglected to update the rest of the SKU, meaning I received two molex-to-6-pin-PCI-E cables. They were very quick to ship me a replacement, part, however.

Second is the thermal output. I understand these things are able to run hot, but come on. My case is moderately ventilated (nothing extreme here), and the PWM logic lets it idle at 67 °C. It easily hits 90 °C under load, and that is not even in furry donut hell. I'm too scared to let it play with His Furry Appendages (but only for fear of the 83+ A current draw).

Other Thoughts: I feel strongly that the blower/exhaust method of cooling GPUs is just not the right way to go.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: -Easily plays the latest games at the highest quality
-Will serve as a great heater in the winter
-Crossfire drivers have a greatly improved with the addition of this card

Cons: -Size (but was expected)
-Loud if you put the fan above 40%
-Heat raised my cpu temperature over 4C

Other Thoughts: I have 2 of these running smoothly in Crossfire, before the 4800 series I was a die hard Nvidia guy but I think I'll be seeing Red for now on, the price to performance ratio is just ridiculous at the moment.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I had this card for about 2-3 weeks and the problem I found was, it restarts your computer. it crashes when you're watching a movie. I would recommend buying HIS instead of sapphire card, or wait like I'm waiting the directx 11 cards that are due next year.

Cons: wait like I'm waiting the directx 11 cards that are due next year.

5 out of 5 eggsWow...

Pros: This thing is amazing. It is not as humongous as some of the other 4890s around. It OCs like nothing I have seen in a video card ever before. Games run so well with this and even a dual core CPU. Free shipping is always nice.

Cons: Runs hot with low stock fan speeds. 10% speed increase drops temps at least 10C, and noise difference is almost unnoticed.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Prerformance by the price

Pros: High performance card with a low price
Includes 3dmarkVantage
Solid build

Cons: When you bootup your pc you will hear this beast sound like a jet engine taking off. The fan is quite loud but I dont mind. It is louder than my 2 120mm fans on high with a 35% fan speed.

Other Thoughts: Its just funny how some reviews exaggerate how loud fans are but this one is trully loud. Loud but it cools your card down so as long as it does its job I dont care.

With no OC this card got 10,696 on 3dmarkVantage
