Sapphire HD 4650
- Pros: Excellent Video card, did not have to upgrade my power supply, no trouble with loading software. Would buy another.

- Pros: Good resolution,Quiet,It does a good job.Easy to install.I read on other reviews about this card, some claim that`s make a lot of noise,I got it anyways to found out that this card its really quiet.On one review someone claim to hear this card up to 30 feet..WHAAAT????sorry but my it is really quiet!!!!

- Cons: None Really.
- Other Thoughts: Somewhat whiny fan at higher speeds.
20% : Nearly Silent, 33-50%: Barely audible, 66%: Slightly audible during Media Playback, 80-100% audible.
Anything under 66% is perfectly acceptable for me.
For an HTPC I would keep it at 33% or less unless you have a fairly thick case.
