Other Thoughts: Bought this card based on the gpu heatsink. Upon receiving the card, it no longer has the displayed heatsink, but rather some ugly flat black low grade heatsink which no longer has the shrowd that blows the air over the entire surface of the heatsink. Very disappointed in the change.

Sapphire does not honor newegg printout receipts

Pros: When they work they are a good value.

Cons: Saphire provides extremely poor customer service and does not honor printouts from Newegg's purchase records. Any glitches at all before 30 days be sure to warranty with Newegg as Sapphire is impossible to deal with. I have purchased over fifty cards from Saphire and they can be a good value for the price. When they work!!!! I have purchased a few of these cards they do not respond well to overclocking, but can be a good card when they work at default settings. Remember Saphire is a nightmare to RMA Newegg products with.

Other Thoughts: If you are serious about performance usage of their cards do not buy as technical support is poor at best. It's hard to believe Newegg can sell so many of these cards and Sapphire will not honor printouts off Newegg receipts. I build many systems per year and have 30 pages of Newegg invoices and it is impossible to keep all the paper records.

Limitted lifespan

Pros: Bought 2 cards one still works.

Cons: I have one card that failed and was not overclocked or gamed hard. Cooling inadequate for longer operation time. Newegg warranty is not what it used to be. Saphire warranty is poor and they are hard to deal with. I think Saphire quality is not what it used to be. I have installed and owned over fifty of their cards, but I now no longer trust their brand and quality like I used to.

Other Thoughts: Buy a better built card with better cooling as Newegg only gives 30 day warranty and mt one card failed and started running hot causing computer shut down after ninety days.
