1 out of 5 eggsHorrible Warrenty, Faulty Product

Pros: Was the cheapest of the expensive cards at the time.

Cons: Started to fail after 3 years, manufacture's warranty only covers 1 year. Pretty sure the RAM on the card is going bad, the manufacturer's did a bad job creating this card. I will buy from some of the more respected companys next time, such as Saphire.

5 out of 5 eggsPWNS ALL GAMES

Pros: All dont need gtx 295 while this is still good enough to eat anything cept crysis like sum noob said cant play crysis and gtx 295 runs cricles around it, it doeas by like 10 fps in most games so. Difference between 150 fps and 160 is not noticable and dosen't mean a thing, only to scrubs. 10 fps dosent mean anthing if its greter than 60 fps it all looks the same to us.

Other Thoughts: Noobs and there non common sense, lulz. The gtx 295 can't play crysis with atleast 60 fps either , and also you depend evrything on Crysis since its for nvidia cards.

5 out of 5 eggsnividia sucks

Pros: beats the nividia 295 with the two pcb 275 slapped together and they called ith sli lol zomg pawned. but can nividia cards play grid on high setting better than ati, nope.

Cons: its cheaper than nividia rebranded cards and makes them look bad.

Other Thoughts: learn to spell garbage . hook on phonics is a great program you should try it.

2 out of 5 eggsGarbige

Pros: Zero.

Cons: Weak.

Other Thoughts: You pay 500 bucks and cant even play a crysis 30 dollar game at full settings. Ridiculous. Any card that delivers below 60fps on max settings shouldn't be called high end. Oh and 295 will run circles around it.

5 out of 5 eggsvery nice buy

Pros: extremely powerful - eats games for breakfast
solid construction
great packaging

Cons: stock drivers, update the latest off ATIs website

Other Thoughts: I purchased two of these and have them cooled on liquid ~55C under load. I have been extremely pleased with the construction and the ease of install. Highly recommended over a NVIDIA card.

2 out of 5 eggsDiamond Sucks

Pros: Great Fast Card, hey it's a HD4870 X2 what do you expect.

Cons: DO NOT buy this card thinking you will get a rebate cause you won't. I like others have been conned by Diamond, you will never get any response and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Because of this I will NEVER by a single thing from them....

1 out of 5 eggsBad Company

Pros: Well, the card is manufactured by ATI. THIS IS GREAT

Cons: This card is Diamond branded. THIS SUCKS!
But you should be able to get support from ATI\AMD
Buy from different company.
This is true for all video cards.

Other Thoughts: As a former employee of Diamond Multimedia\Best Data Products I am enraged at the comment one customer made. He left out the fact that it employs people that dont know jack about the product they are supporting, there are only 3 in total customer support agents (at least at the time I worked there) and the company hires illegals as a way to cut back on overhead. I worked there all of 3 hours before I excused myself and got out of there. Since then I have never bought another Diamond product. You would think this is a huge company but its a small building in a questionable area. Don't buy from them if you expect a rebate or customer service. And no I'm not an disgruntled employee, I just got out because I'm a Customer Service Specialist and and I take my job serious, what I saw made me question other company practices and do some research.

Oh yeah, not that I was expecting it but I did'nt even get payed for my 3 hrs

1 out of 5 eggsDiamond has an "F" rating with the BBB.

Pros: none.

Cons: I wrote "support? what support?" and I just wanted to add that Diamond multimedia (or rather the company that bought diamond and just uses the brand. They are 'best data products) has a rating of "F" with the BBB (better business bureau). Don't buy from them, and if you do, do not expect any rebates/warranty service.

Other Thoughts: go to the BBB website and search 'best data products'. Then click "click here to expand your search to all bbb reports". Finally, choose the 'best data products' that with one address being "9650 De Soto Avenue". They have a rating of "F" and the website in their company profile is diamond's 'support' site.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Awesome card. So far has run everything I have thrown at it at max resolutions.

Cons: As others have said card does run hot. Really though what would you expect with a card that has 2 GPU's. Even that is manageable with drivers after 8.10 and a case with sufficient cooling.

Other Thoughts: Will never due business with Diamond again. Submitted rebate form with all required documentation BUT Diamond says they never received. This is questionable at the least since I sent the letter with delievery confirmation and the Post Office says the letter was delivered. From other reviews it seems like Diamond did not receive allot of the rebate forms people sent in.
