Question 1

So is it PCIe 3.0 or 2.0?  Has anyone run SIW or some other program that will specify that?  Is that what the 64-bit vs. 128-bit question was about?  I might consider it if it was less ambiguous with some of these specs.

I would suggest calling DIAMOND directly. Their people can answer any question that you may have about this product.

I like the product; and don't have a problem with it. But I'm not a gamer. So I'm not going to be as picky as you might be.

I actually bought what I thought would be a better card (in an attempt to solve a virtualization problem that I was having).

Then after doing that, I went back to using this card instead; since I solved the problem that I was having with something other than a hardware fix. The other card had a noisy fan.

And this one, not having a fan, is better for me. I like having a totally silent PC. I spent 165 bucks just for the case (no power supply), to get a totally silent PC. And I spent a LOT of time picking that case out. It's not for gaming; but needs to be completely silent; and is with this card.

I don't know where my manual is at the moment. But if you can find that, online, it will also give you the answer as well. Many manufacturers put their manuals online electronically.

Also you can look for the card at AMD's site or Diamond's site as well.

I think that there's like 3 companies involved here, Diamond, AMD and another company. But I could be wrong.
