1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works great for basic programs

Cons: Over heats VERY fast even when playing *basic* games (around 80c or higher in just a few min) then shuts my system off. I even bought an extra pci fan just for it...still heats up in no time.

1 out of 5 eggsTOO HOT

Pros: Good performance overall, especially with common graphics apps like Photoshop.

Cons: Idles at 85, shuts my system down after a few minutes of (UT3) gameplay. Very dissappointing-I wish I had started playing games with it earlier to discover the overheating flaw in design. I should've headed the warnings, but I thought I was getting a good deal. I will never buy an ASUS graphics card again!

Other Thoughts: The previous version of this card (Item #: N82E16814121253) is not open to customer reviews anymore, so I wanted to warn people that this card MAY also get too hot to be usable for gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: 1 Gig of Memory, Quieter than the Stock coolers.
Great Card for $120.

Cons: None.. works Great

Other Thoughts: The Low End 5000's should be out soon, they might have similar performance, but i could not wait to see.

4 out of 5 eggsBIG!

Pros: Haven't played any newer games with this yet. Both 2D and 3D images are sharp and crisp. Easy to install, except for the size, which is huge. Wouldn't have been a problem at all in my midsized Lian Li P50 case except I have the hard drive cage in the middle 3 bays, so it just barely misses the connectors. Measure your case before you buy this. The Catalyst Control Center has greatly improved since my last ATI card. It even allowed me to force a 75Hz refresh rate recommended by SiSoft Sandra.

Cons: The fan is not hideously noisy, but it's noisier than my other 4 (+ power supply) fans *combined*!

Other Thoughts: With the $20 rebate I just noticed it's under $100.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great card, I have two of these in crossfire and So far i haven't found a game i cant run on max Graphics. I've had it for a little over a year and they are still going strong.

Cons: The Heatsink on these isnt very good, start to run hot after a while, recently one of the HS fans stopped turning almost completely. Sprayed some WD40 into the fan(dont attempt with power on) and its recovered. However i am still going to replace the HS with Zalmans

Other Thoughts: The open heatsink type that this is needs good case ventilation or performance will suffer. If you dont have a well ventilated case go with one of the plastic boxed coolers that exhaust the air out the back.

5 out of 5 eggsPlays all I throw at it.

Pros: It runs all the games I throw at it on max settings across the board (EVE Online, Aion, CS:S, L4D) and runs extremely cool. Fan isn't loud at all to my ears.

Cons: Not really a con, it's just super long so make sure you have room in your case. It fit in my mid tower with about .5 cm to spare after connecting the power to it's rear.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat card

Pros: Performs great with almost all settings on high. I just had to turn down AA a little but my X2 processor could be keeping it from running on high. The card is lightweight compared to other cards of this size, thus it is less likely to buckle or develope a bend or curve to the card over time and because it doesn't have the cooling system to vent out the back which really adds to the weight....BUT

Cons: Unfortunately I would rather the video card vented out the back of the case. I bought this card as an open box deal because the price was right. The heatsink is large and covers up my PCIe 1.0 slot and I don't believe it does that well of a job keeping the card cool. My temps run at 47c at idle.

Other Thoughts: I have an Antec 900 case. I have 4 120mm fans running at 1900rpm 110CFM (not the stock fans I purchased aftermarket fans). Two are in the front as intake, one side intake, and 1 exhaust for the rear and of course I have the 200mm fan on top. It sounds like a windtunnel. This graphic card still runs at 47c. I would expect it to run cooler. My CPU runs at 33c with a Hyper 520 heatsink and my system temps run at 31c. These are idle temps and this card still runs at 47 so keep in mind if you don't have a decent case with great airflow this card woul likely run very HOT in a closed case. I still rated this card 4 eggs because I knew when I bought it I had decent enough cooling. Overall this is a great card and seems to run well at high settings but the large fan MAY block another PCI/e slot and will get hot if not cooled properly.

5 out of 5 eggsWow!

Pros: This is Great! Don't have to look up system specs on any game with this card for a good 2 years to go! Great heat sink/fan on it!

Cons: Also not a con for me but its a Huge card! So watch out!

Other Thoughts: Came with a CrossFire cable.
Why are you reading this and not buying it!

5 out of 5 eggsWorth the money

Pros: Runs all the games I throw at it on highest settings with out a problem. Very clear picture and overall worth the current price.

Cons: Fans are loud and runs a little hot under heavy game play.

Other Thoughts: I have two of these crossfired together, ATI drivers noticed it right away so installation was effortless.
