4 out of 5 eggsLasted 2 months past warranty

Pros: Lasted through the warranty

Cons: Died 2 months after warranty

Other Thoughts: Put this in pc I built for my dad. Worked for 3 years and 2 months, exactly 2 months past its warranty period.

3 out of 5 eggsDidnt last

Pros: Pretty powerful card, runs all my games at a decent rate. Bf3, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Blops, Nexuiz, GW2 Beta ran great.

Cons: Not much headroom for overclocking, not a very robust design. Mine died a few days ago as I was starting up a quick game of Nexuiz. After removing heatsink I found a fried mosfet. It seems they used two different part numbers one of them being a cheaper less powerful part. Probably to save money. So basically the failure of a 99 cent part rendered my card useless.

My card was overclocked slightly to 1.05V 830Mhz core and 4000 memory when it failed.

Other Thoughts: A decent card when it worked but I will no longer be buying any cards that are reference designs. Ive owned a ton of Nvidia and AMD cards in my roughly 20 years of gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks very well!

Pros: This card ran really well on windows 7 64bit. No artifacting and was very stable in games. I didn't need to make a custom fan profile because the card cooled pretty well in a RV02 case.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: There was a problem with the VRMs on the 570. This one was able to do folding @ home with 1.1v and did not blow up. As always, do this at your own risk.

5 out of 5 eggsUPDATE

Pros: NVIDIA just came out with new drivers, as of June 1st. DO NOT install anything that comes with this card. I just doubled my previous benchmark with the new drivers, which actually un-installed all of ASUS' malware before the new drivers were installed. Everything runs 2-5x as fast. I went from 20FPS on Black Ops, to about 80FPS with everything on full quality at 720p.

Cons: ASUS forces their drivers and software onto you. Luckily, NVIDIA's new drivers counteract that!

Other Thoughts: GREAT CARD! The 3D is amazing! Video Games, Movies, Etc...

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Card!!!

Pros: Puts my two xfired 5850s to shame. Easy setup. Never hits higher than 40 degrees with EK water block.

Cons: Long card, Didn't have a problem in my 800d though.

Other Thoughts: When the price drops a little I plan on picking up two more for Tri-SLI.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing graphics card

Pros: I bought this as a combo deal with a PSU that I wanted with a great discount. I haven't overclocked it yet but it seems to run all my games very well (AC1, CS:Source, portal 1&2) at 60 FPS at 1280x1024 resolution (I have an old dell monitor).

Cons: I wish I bought am MSI trin frozr II card instead. It was more worth my money to buy a non-reference card.

Other Thoughts: I haven't taken the full capability of this card yet. When I do, I will write another review.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Technology Here

Pros: I've had this card since January and haven't had one problem yet. It's Asus basic GTX 570 which comes with a very slight Overclock. It maxes every game I've thrown at it so far, Bad Company 2 on Max with DX 11 enabled 16xAF and 32xAA is a beautiful thing. Some might consider it overkill, but I didn't buy a GTX 570 to play games on low :D. It outperforms a GTX 480, it runs cooler, and is more energy efficient as well as produces less noise. Honestly I have my case open and I don't even hear it, even when playing Dirt 3 maxed out full AA/AF etc... I upgraded from a GTS 250 and going from struggling to play games on medium @ 1080p to playing games completely maxed out AA and all @ 1080p is a big difference. I'm pretty sure this will max out Battlefield 3 with at least 4xAA/16xAF and that game was the deciding factor for my upgrade. Comes with all the wires/cables I needed. My old PSU(Rosewill 600w, 4 years old) powers this thing fine. I thought I might have a problem, but nope.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that its a pretty big card, but all the 570's are. Make sure you got the room for this bad boy! Also do not install anything that comes with the disc...go directly to the Nvidia site and get the latest drivers.

Other Thoughts: It's common knowledge to download and install latest Drivers from Nvidia.com not the stuff that comes on the disc. I've seen a few complaints and I find it funny that these guys rate their "Tech Knowledge" a 5/5 when they clearly aren't as smart as they pretend to be. Well it started with GeForce 2, then my 128mb AGP 6800, 8800GTS, GTS 250, and now this... For the record I bought the Open Box version of this, and it came with everything the original product would come with, and I saved about $50 too. Whether you trust open box or not is up to you to decide, but its been running fine for me for over 4 months now. Great deal, great product, 100% satisfied, and Asus did a great job on packaging/presentation here. One of the coolest boxes I've seen for any graphics card to date.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: So far so good, DX11. Now where are the games?

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I got this one using the reference design because I plan on doing a water cooling setup.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty

Pros: It makes my games look pretty.

Cons: It's hot as hell. 70c under load. Some one should tell me if this is normal or not.

Other Thoughts: I'm not a computer expert, and this part was used during my first build. Enthusiasts, ignore what I have to say.
