1 out of 5 eggsBad, bad card

Pros: Small form factor
Good Customer Service on the RMA

Cons: Runs hot
RMA'd for extreme graphical corruption
Received "repaired" card from Asus, still having the same issues...what a waste of money.

Other Thoughts: Never again will I order an Asus Video Card....
Ordered an EVGA 560 GTX to replace it, my old EVGA 260 GT has never had a single issue.

5 out of 5 eggsSmallest GTX 460 I could find!

Pros: Asus fit the GTX 460 gpu with its own custom copper heatsink and fan, and it cools it nicely without making horribly loud noises. It also seems shorter in length than other 460s out there. I never would have gotten a 460 due to its size until I noticed this. Fits very well in a mid-tower.
Very cool black PCB with matching, minimalistic plastic cover. Not one of those obnoxious, sticker-labeled fat video cards. Says it's already overclocked, but you can deff go higher.

Cons: Thought about it for a few minutes, and I can't find a con.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty darn good

Pros: Really nice card; physically not too tight a squeeze, but it cuts it close.
Powerful; was running one of this card and with the price drop I picked up a second -- in SLI I see a 90% performance boost (fps) for the most part.
Overclocks easily - I use MSI Afterburner - more customizable than smartdoctor. Not a stretch to add 30% more juice.

Cons: Cooling in SLI is poor -- top card sucks in hot exhaust directly from bottom card -- I had to build a duct to bring some cool air from the front of the case to between the cards. Cooling is good solo -- keeping an overclocked card around 40C, Overclocked SLI hot card is 65C, safe limit is 90C
A bit loud at full load, but nothing to worry too much about - intelligent fan control keeps it quiet most of the time.

Other Thoughts: Gorgeous; graphics or phys-x performance on par with the benchmarks and reviews out there -- Awesome bang for your buck.

5 out of 5 eggsMind Blowing

Pros: Good profile, solid design, amazing performance, excellent cooling.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Even the box it came in was nice, overall this card is worth the bang for the buck, and has some great OC abilities. Even running a full load it only gets to 57C.

4 out of 5 eggsGood card

Pros: The card plugged right in. Software installed without a hitch on Win7x64. Seems to work great. Gave me a 7.4 on Win7 system index (7.5 after playing around with the overclocking)

Cons: I found the software install of some kind of OSD thing annoying (fortunately it can be uninstalled easily). I also found the overclocking software difficult to understand. You can't tell from the software how much of a change you are making, and if you select an automatic setting like "use temperature" it doesn't explain what that is really doing (if anything).

Other Thoughts: I really liked that the 2 power plugs are in the top instead of on the end where the power cables tend to be jammed into the disk drives.

Purchased this to play RIFT with, but I guess it is processor dependant as well because I have to play at "low" settings to get adequate framerate (30)

5 out of 5 eggsPretty good card

Pros: * excellent performance on my monitor's screen resolution (1280x 1024). Every game that I've played from Crysis to WoW runs on the highest settings with AA.
* box comes with adapters for your monitor, which I thought was nice

Cons: somewhat loud in my Thermaltake v3 case. Temps are fine, just the fan is loud.

Other Thoughts: Good card, solid performance. Paired with 555 BE, 4gb ram, MSI 870-g45 mobo

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for new conservative builds

Pros: Great performance
Runs cool solo

Cons: A bit bulky, but shorter than earlier gen (2x00) cards.
See below for SLi considerations.

Other Thoughts: There are some MoBos that do not have optimal spacing between the primary and secondary PCIe slots to run this card in an SLi configuration. The Asus Sabretooth X58, for example, with 2 of these in SLi has the Primary Card's fan-side touching the Secondary Card's PCB. This does *not* impede the operation of the fan, however, the restricted air flow results in a 10C temp difference between the cards, even at idle. Adding a side-case fan, or additional internal fan (depnding on your case design, but the Antec 902 has both of these options) will alleviate the temperature difference.
