DirectCU II
ASUS exclusively engineered DirectCU II technology to provide a cooler and quieter thermal solution. DirectCU II utilizes five copper pipes in direct contact with the GPU to quickly dissipate heat to high conductivity aluminum heat sink. Along with two 80mm fans to provide up to six times more airflow than the reference design, ASUS DirectCU II cooling solution can provide up to 20% cooling operations and is up to two times quieter.

Super Alloy Power
The expertly-designed Super Alloy Power and Direct Power technology uses specially formulated alloy for key power delivery components to deliver stable and reliable power to the GPU.

ASUS exclusive Super Alloy Power utilizes specially-formulated alloy inside the power delivery components to provide a more stable and quieter operation compared to reference design. The specially-formulated alloy is highly-magnetic, heat-resistant and anti-corrosive. Super Alloy Power can increase lifespan two and a half times while operating up to 35 degrees cooler. With Super Hybrid Engine to intelligently monitor and control power management, Super Alloy Power graphics cards are able to deliver up to a 15% performance boost.
DirectPower
The introduction of Direct Power technology allows for better flow of electrons through the PCB to ensure lower impedance while reducing PCB temperatures by up to 17%.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Bang for your Buck

Pros: I would have to say that the power of this card is its biggest Pro. I mean this card runs its tail off. It's quiet and cool and still can handle anything you throw at it. There were no issues with the drivers taking nor any conflicts in my system. Also it is shorter than most cards so it helps promote better airflow in your case and makes wire managements a little easier.

Cons: The price is high yet not out of the norm for a 256 bit 2GB GDDR5 graphics card, but I can see how some people may consider it high and that might be a turn off. My biggest Con though is that Newegg hasn't had them in stock in a while, must be because they are AWESOME, and I've been trying to get a 2nd one to SLI them. I'll keep waiting and no egg deductions for that.

Other Thoughts: I went from a GTX 280 to a GTX 760 and it was a night and day different. I don't play high end shooters like some do, I am more of an RPG player, however, all my Steam games including Skyrim look amazing at max settings as does World of Warcraft.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Buy

Pros: The card runs at very low temps. Any game I've played, the card has never reached over 65 Celsius. It's also very quiet, you can't hear the card unless you manually turn the fans up to 100 percent load. It can handle any newer game at high setting getting around 60fps.

Cons: Not as powerful as the higher end cards obviously but for the price definitely a great choice for anyone with a decent build.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card looking to Sli it with another one. Can't wait , It will wreck any other single card on the market.

1 out of 5 eggsDead after 4 months

Pros: Great for gaming, but I'm more into flight simulators so... no real test for the card here.

Cons: Bought in August 2014; dead on January 2015.
I'm in the middle of an RMA now but Asus is only giving me case number instead of an RMA (they automatically generated an RMA for a tablet last month).

Never OC'd it, no need for my kind of "games". Sighs...

No display out of the DVI, only works in third PCI-E (at .x4 and W7 fails to load). It's not a PSU issue for sure (tested that)... and I plugged into another computer and got the 3 beeps of DEATH :(

I'm loyal to ASUS motherboards, but I think that is where my loyalty is ending. Only the motherboard hasn't failed: a tablet and graphics card is too much over the last 6 months.

Is there ANY brand with a QA department that cares?
Apple doesn't make everything I want or need...

What is wrong with you ASUS?

Other Thoughts: Over the last years I hear more and more complaining over ASUS warranty department. How long would it take before the brand loses value?

4 out of 5 eggsUltra-high performance for the buck!

Pros: I bought this card mainly to increase performance in the racing sim Assetto Corsa. Previously I had a 560ti, which is an outstanding card, but with the details cranked up and many cars in a race at once, the 560ti couldn't maintain 60FPS. This 760, however, was mainting over 100FPS!! Heck, in one of the showrooms, industrial, the 560ti would bog down to 20FPS. The 760 was producing 120FPS!! My jaw was on the floor... and that's testing both cards with the settings at MAX. :O

Cons: So far only one... the power connecter is on the card's side (aimed at your case side), which made me have to reconfigure my clean, meticulous wiring. But that's just me. No REAL cons yet ;)

Other Thoughts: For a price that's slightly LESS than a 560ti, you can have monstrous performance from this card.

2 out of 5 eggsGood benchmarks, but I lost my S3 sleep mode

Pros: Small card, nice utilities, lower power demands, good cooling.

Cons: Lost my S3 sleep mode, which is the STR (Save To RAM) mode that saves 99.9% of the power and gives you an instant-on capability by just touching a key on the keyboard. I built my current PC a few years ago with an X58 motherboard (Phoenix BIOS) and a GTX 275 video card. Everything else about the PC is still going strong, I've never maxed out the CPU, but the video was clearly dated, and the 760s were exceptionally priced and capable. So why not upgrade, right?

Other Thoughts: I didn't find out about this until AFTER I bought the card, cut the box apart to send in the rebate (so I can't return it to newegg), and played around with it for a day. The issue is strictly with Phoenix BIOS on an X58 motherboard. If you do a lot of searches you'll find that this config works perfectly on Nvidia 200 and 400 series cards, but after that the Nvidia cards only respond correctly to UEFI (the new thing that replaces BIOS). I want to be perfectly clear that this video card responds to the awake call from S1 sleep mode, just not S3 sleep mode.

5 out of 5 eggsCranking Graphics

Pros: Absolutely awesome graphics. Cranking frame rates for all games played to date.

Cons: It's not a GTX 980.

5 out of 5 eggsMuch better than expected

Pros: Runs 90-120fps average on BF3 maximum settings on a 1080p 120hz with 4xMSAA.

CUDA cores really help with Sony Vegas when enabling them for the program.

27c when doing normal things on the computer, 60c when playing games (if you use the tuner software correctly like fan speed and target temp, the default settings will let it go up to 90c)

The price to performance is great considering SLI is said to outperform a GTX Titan for less than half the price. In 2 years I'll just buy another 760 and SLI and it will be cheaper by then for it.

Cons: I spent hours trying to get Shadowplay to work with this card and couldn't get it to record to save my life even with numerous driver reinstalls. I ended up making a partition for Windows 8 and it works fine on there so I figured it was something I may have installed on Windows 7 or maybe a registry error.

Other Thoughts: I bought this in mid October.

My rig:
Asrock Extreme3 970 R3.0
AMD FX 6350 6 core 4.2GHz
GTX 760 2GB 1100mhz
8GB (2X4GB) Ballistics 1600MHz DDR3
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit & 8 Pro 64bit
