3 out of 5 eggspretty good however...

Pros: Nice, nice nice but will get to the problem next. Good quality for fear, and CoD2 is great to. However...

Cons: Turned it on this morning and there it was- lines everywhere. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS!!! will get return very soon...

Other Thoughts: From what i can tell, it is going to be a good card for the $$$. Will buy EVGA, like before. Just a minor glitch ;-)

Pros: -low price for a great card
-is nearly identical to a 68OOGT
-runs VERY cool (Idle 36c, Load 48c)

-Runs smoothly on....
Quake 4 - 1024/768 High 4X AF
Half Life 2 - 1024/768 MAX AA,AF
BF 2 - 1024/768 High
Fear SP Demo - 1024/768 Max 2X AF

3dmark 05 - 5058

Cons: -none really
-BF2 needs 2gb to run at its full potential (EAs fault...)

dont buy anything more than this at the moment, DX10 cards come out soon and everything else will be a waste!

Other Thoughts: AMD64 3500+ Venice

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Along with a new motherboard, memory, and a new AMD processor. I put my system together in hopes to play battlefield 2. Not only does it play it, it does it without flinching, awesome video card, and with SLI capability, i plan on purchasing the second one very shortly.

Cons: None, doesn't overheat, not even when overclocking

Other Thoughts: this has to be the best value for the money video card. I upgraded from a very ancient system, and going from an Nvidia 5600 to this has just rocked my socks.

5 out of 5 eggs3D Marks

Pros: 5089 Marks in 3DMark05 for a single, and 9442 for SLI @ 525/1200 Overclock. Sure destroyed my old 6600LEs in SLI, which scored 2819 together. 3DMark06 netted me a 4814 for the pair.

Giga-Byte GA K8N Pro-SLI
Athlon X2 3800+ @ 2.2Ghz (OC)
1024mb Corsair XMS

Cons: Fan somewhat loud, but nothing headphones can't fix. (My Antec Lanboy is also made of tin foil.)

Other Thoughts: Almost the performance of a lone 7800GTX for $100 less. SLI tinker factor off the charts. Giga-byte customer service was awesome when I lost my SLI Bridge. They run at about 46C after the 3DMark tests... not bad, well within spec.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works well. I ran out of money for a 7800gtx and am using these in a SLI config. May never have to upgrade as so far they have handled everything I've thrown at them. Relatively quiet also!

Cons: Big card spacewise.

Other Thoughts: Unless you're the ultimate gamer, or you want high dollar bragging rights, this is an excellent video card for the price!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: 12 pipes, 256MB of 256bit DDR3 memory and Shader model 3.0/HDR.

Got this card when it was on sale for 185. Amazing card for its price. Upgraded from 6600GT to this and there is a huge difference.

I overclocked this puppy to 490 core, 1.15 memory(can easily do 1.2 but I dont wanna stress the memory too much just yet) and its screaming.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This card will play any game you want at 1024 resolution on high for this year easily. I'll be upgrading sometime in 2007 for a DX10 card.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: AMAZING; works great on my Athlon 64 3200+. Supports Pixel Shader 3.0 and has DD3 RAM. Great card at a great price.

Cons: As stated previously: draws some serious power (requires 2 empty power cords)

Other Thoughts: Upgrading from a ATI MR 9000igp, didn't know games could look and play so well.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mid-range card

Pros: Excellent bang for the buck. Major step up from my 9700pro. This is a great card if you play at 1280x1024. This should hold you over until the direct x10 cards come out over the summer.

Cons: Slighty loud, but not too bad.

5 out of 5 eggsBest bang for the price

Pros: I jumped from a 6600gt to this card, it was worth every dime. Game performance has went through the roof and had zero problems so far.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsA++++++

Pros: Great deal for an SLI setup. If you dont want SLI I would go for the X800 pro. Also would like to note that it runs prety silent.

Cons: Great deal for an SLI setup
