What's that noise you don't hear???

Pros: Essentially a stock speed 4850 with TOTAL silence. What's not to like?

Cons: None that I can think of (except that I wish it's price had fallen like some of the other 4850 cards).

Other Thoughts: I WOULD have purchased it at the egg, but they discontinued it so I ordered elsewhere. Now they've re-listed it but it's in and out of stock. It's a great card if you want a reasonable balance of high-powered graphics and blessed silence. Just remember, it REQUIRES good air flow in a CLOSED case for its passive cooling solution to work.

Pros: 800 stream processors, gig of ram
great cooling with case closed and run at negative pressure
over clocks very easily

Cons: dual slot card but overlaps a 3rd slot just a little, may limit air flow too much if crossfired

Other Thoughts: gpu never got over 65c after 2 hours of Crysis on high with 2x AA (avg 42 fps)

also ran:
Farcry (the first one) at avg 260 fps fully maxed out
Bioshock at avg 102 fps fully maxed out
COD4 at avg 65 fps fully maxed out

make sure your psu can give it the juice it wants
I'd go 35 amps on the 12v rail as a bare minimum, I'm running 650w with 52 amps on a single rail.
beware that most multi 12v rail psu's are not true independent multi rail units

Pros: I use my machine mainly for audio production but I do graphic design to pay the bills. This card not only runs my two 24 inch lcds as crisp and clean as I've seen, processes my most complex flash animations and 3d renders like its nothing but it is so silent that i can't even hear it. The best of both worlds and what a price!

Cons: None for me

Other Thoughts: Like I said i'm not a gamer so if thats what your buying this card for im probably not the guy to listen to.
