5 out of 5 eggsSolid Card

Pros: Good price, works well.
I bought this back in 2010. I've run all sorts of games on it - Skyrim, BF3, a couple of Assassin's Creed installments - and it's always run fine. No, you won't be running DX11 games on ultra with this.
It's been a great card.
If you're on a budget, this card works fine. Things won't be as pretty as they are for guys with 590s, but it will get the job done.

Cons: Not DX11 compliant. It's an old card, this is to be expected.

Other Thoughts: I used a refurb'd HP case. Never added any extra fans, never had any overheating problems.

4 out of 5 eggsgood performance, but loud fan

Pros: - Great price
- No problems with hw or sw installation.
- Performs great - Starcraft 2 runs perfectly on "Ultra" settings.

Cons: - Fan is as loud as 3 case fans and the stock i3 CPU fan combined. My new build was virtually silent until I put this card in, and now it sounds like a commuter jet.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent upgrade that doesn't break the bank!

Pros: Easy to install, works as requested. I can max out graphics on League of Legends and Starcraft II. Previously I had a nvidia 7800 GT so much noticeable difference between the two. (Plus I upgraded mobo, cpu, and ram)

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: For the price and results, well worth it!!! I am very satisfied.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Especially for the price, works great. My games run just fine. Starcraft 2 runs beautifully on my 24" 1080p monitor at 1900x1200 with all settings at their max.

Cons: Only con I can think of is maybe the noise it makes sometimes. When it's getting worked the fan can be a little noisy, but really, it's not a problem at all. I really don't care and if I'm playing a game, I don't notice it at all because I'm distracted by the game and the game has audio of its own.

Other Thoughts: Great buy for the price.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful.

Pros: Installed it with no trouble. Had the updated drivers in minutes. Sleek look. Quiet but strong fan kept it very cool and stable. Runs any game I want a maxed out settings. The spectrum just got larger on the scale of beauty in computer graphics.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Other Thoughts: Thank you Gigabyte!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: nice and fast for everything i've tried so far... ut3 runs great at 1920x1080 at max settings

Cons: sucked a bit too much juice for my old 450w psu upgraded to a 650w and everything is great now.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It was a good for a budget control. For a upgrade to a computer it good with HDMI VGA and DVI connections making updating when you need to and will help turn your system into a media system if you choose.

Cons: Fan can be noisey when under heavy load and heats up. But is a good card for a gamer to bring a system up to date that on a budget.

Other Thoughts: I found that it was a nice upgrade from a 8600 gts. I found it useful in using my computer as a media center. When I want watch stuff like on hulu

2 out of 5 eggs2 1/2 months, that's it?

Pros: Well it is a rather powerful card for the price that I paid for it. massive upgrade from my 8600 GT. Ran Fallout 3 on MAX and looked great. Awesome rendering and shading in Left 4 Dead 2(L4D2) as well. And yes it handled World of Warcraft fine on max setting. but I only tested WoW once because I'm not really an avid WoW player.

No desire to O.C. because it didn't need it at all. at least not for the games that I was playing.

Cons: It just died last night and I have only had the thing for like 2 1/2 months as the title suggests. This is the first GIGABYTE Card I've ever had and heard a lot of good things about it. but no I just tried to update the drivers and when My computer restarted the thing just died it get warm like current is flowing through the card but nothing pops up on screen and the fan stays off.

The thing just went limp doing absolutely nothing and now I'm stuck with OBG(On Board Graphics)! oh no! oh well hopefully the tech support doesn't suck too bad I'll try through newegg first since I bought it here then I'll try going through GIGABYTE. Wish me luck.

Other Thoughts: I was great I just don't know what happened maybe I got a bad Banana from the bunch. Who knows I'm just a little disappointed in the sudden death. Never had this problem before so not really sure how to RMA just gonna go through the steps then.

4 out of 5 eggsGood video card

Pros: Good video card, run BFBC2 with all setting on high except HBAO, also CODMW2 all high. Temperature is awesome aprox. 45 c idle and 56 full load.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Gigabyte company denied my rebate because they said I didnt mail the receipt; it was not true, they did it because only 2 days left for the rebate to expire, I lost my 18 dollares. I already own two gagabyte video cards, but next time they will lose their money when I get new GTX480 from another brand.
