Will PCI 2.0 run a 3.0 card?

Yes but u will come across a bandwidth bottleneck depending on the software you are using. This happened to me, I am currently using an egpu setup with my pci 1.0 (yes I know its slow lol) and I had a major bottleneck with this card on the bus. Upgrading to a 2.0 fixed the problem mostly. With 2.0 you should be getting about 90%  of the card as opposed to 100% with 3.0. It shouldn't be noticeable that way. Plus, over clocking can help with that issue.

Yes PCI 2.0 will run this card.

wil this psu fit this card? RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Power Supply? i know i need to upgrade from my 300W and this one should hold me over for a few years.

The GTX 660 requires a minimum of a 450 W PS and a 6 pin power connector. I am running it on a 460 W PS. I use mine for web design and not for gaming, paired with a 4k tv. It works beautifully.

is this card really SLI ready? The connection doesn't show in the picture

It is. It is mentioned in the specs and some people commented on this saying that it works well, one particularly mentioned that he is also improving its cooling performance performance w/ new paste, etc. I can't use it because the motherboard i am using is just Crossfire capable. I don't need it.

Question 4

I have an older gigabyte mobo: GA-MA785GM-US2H

Is this card (or any other PCI Express 3.0 cards) backwards compatible with the PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot on this mobo ??

Yes, all PCI Express cards are backward compatible and I am in fact running a PCI-E 3.0 card on my 5 year old Gigabyte PCI-E 2.0 mobo.  The speed difference is minimal from my old Nvidia 250 but seems a little more stable for most of my games.  I plan to upgrade my mobo sometime next year or year after when they release the new socket for Intel.

Question 5

I play World of Tanks online. Is this the best choice from your available cards? I have a Gigabyte 880GA-UD3H motherboard with PCIE 2.0. My video card is ATI Radeon HD5800 and Antec 600 or 700 watt power supply. Can't remember which right now.

Never played that game but from looking at the specs and would say you are fine.  I use the same card to play Watchdog and League of Legends online and have no lag on the video.  Have had the card for 6 months and have never had a issue with anything.

Question 6

Will this graphics card work on a AMD 760? I bought a new computer but the graphics card with it is a gt 630 and it just doesn't cut it and im wondering what the best graphics card is that will run on my mother board without loss of speed or do I need a new motherboard as well?

Bought the card and got  the game watch dogs for free.played that game and wow on full video specs and had no problem on a 25" ultra wide format monitor. Should be able to run 4K UHD just fine or run multiple monitors as a single display. It is also pretty quiet as far as sound from the fan goes.

Is this card compatible with a Dell Optiplex 3010 Mini tower?

If it's actually the minitower. It has a full-size PCI E 16 interface. That should work. If  it was the desktop or small form factor PC  it won't work as it's the wrong size

whats the exact dimensions of this card? it says its over 10", but that can't be right based on where the pins are compared to the location of the fans on the card. This looks like one of the smaller dual fan cards I have seen out there. I have a 7.8" r7 260x with about 3/4" to spare before I hit run into a spacing issue.

Going off of the styrofoam outline for the card in my box, the dimensions are roughly 8.375" by 5.5", but that's just for the molded fit. The actual card is slightly more smaller, as I upgraded from a GTX 460 (8.25" by 4.376") and noticed the GTX 660 was half an inch shorter in length.

Does this really pull 450 watts?

I don't know the exact dimensions but it is a Hull height card without the option of being a half height card... my desktop video card at the office is a half height model and this would never fit in my office unit...
