1 out of 5 eggsNot pleased

Pros: When running properly handles graphics like a best.
Quite.
Good looking.

Cons: I had problems with this card from day 1. First one I got overheated to 98-100C almost instantly during game play. RMA'ed it and the second one I got was physically broken! Like when I took it out of the package I heard an bunch of clinking and 2 screws fell out the bottom! The frame was also physically coming off the board. RMA'ed AGAIN only to find out this 3rd card would regularly crash high graphics games. RMA'ed AGAIN! (Three RMA's at this point!) and games still crashed with this 4th card. Called MSI multiple times and spent countless hours on the internet to find a solution to no avail. I bought this card because it, along with MSI, had high reviews. NEVER AGAIN. This was the first and the last time I will give my money to MSI.

Their customer service is also less than par. Their only solution was for me to send my card to them via mail and they would hold on to it for 3-4 weeks while they run some tests. Because I also need this card for my work I couldn't go a week, much less a month, without a card. I'm done with MSI and tell as many gamers I know to get something else. Ridiculous...

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Card still runs great after more than one year of daily use, pushing the card to its limits modding Skyrim. (Official drivers only.) I am very pleased with the card and its performance on a dual monitor setup.

Cons: Ordered a second card this year for SLI, and the card was defective out of box. Caused Bluescreen issues when tested by itself with same environment as the first. Also had a large scratch down the side of the metal plate. Requested RMA, now must send back for replacement.

Other Thoughts: These things happen with computer parts. I'm so pleased with the first card that this setback does not discourage me from using MSI products.

1 out of 5 eggsAfter two years on two cards fans failed

Pros: They worked great until fans failed

Cons: Failed fans on two units after two years.

Other Thoughts: For $1,100 for two cards, I wish they held up better...

1 out of 5 eggsWorked for 2 months

Pros: Ran BF3 great for 3 months. Ran ultra, ultra smooth and after tweaking fan settings in MSI Afterburner, the GPU never got about 65C.

Cons: Stopped working after 2 months.

Other Thoughts: Contacted MSI, they told me to RMA the card. Did so and the card should have gotten their yesterday according to USPS tracking, but I haven't heard anything yet.

5 out of 5 eggsLOOKS GREAT

Pros: Great Support

Cons: RMA

Other Thoughts: I was disappointed that i had to rma the card because it would not let me put any kind of load on it but thankfully msi has good customer support and they were more than helpfull in getting me everything i need to get a new card. So for all the reviews that say msi has bad support that is false in my case it was great and they were freindly and knowledgable just disappointed that i will have to wait about 3 weeks before i get the new card but cant WAIT!!!!!

5 out of 5 eggs3 Week Follow up

Pros: Still running like a champ, plays Diablo III beta maxed out @ 1080p and Battlefield 3 the same. Couldn't be happier.

Cons: Nothing to say.

Other Thoughts: Best sub $400.00 graphics card out there..... blows the 7950 away.

5 out of 5 eggsCheaper than a 7950

Pros: So far so good, Plays TOR maxed out in 1080p and everything else with no problems. So far i have yet to see the dreaded "driver has stopped responding" message.... I really wish this would be fixed as its not just any one certain GPU.

Cons: Does not come with 3DMARK 11 like the box in the photo says.... Oh well... the Hardware is what your paying for.

Other Thoughts: I originally had a sapphire 7950 but it mysteriously died so i RMAed it and then newegg said the card was discontinued. After i was refunded my money i found this, and less than the 7950.... kinda a no brainer since this card is actually faster than the 7950 overall.

5 out of 5 eggsCool as ice!

Pros: It's an Nvidia GTX 580 with a custom cooler that rocks!

Cons: If you're going to SLI with this bad boy, make sure it's on the bottom. Close quarters SLIing will heat up the metal enclosure crazy fast so in a way, the cooler is a double-edged sword. I wouldn't recommend SLIing multiple Twin Frozrs.

5 out of 5 eggsIm Lovin It

Pros: Absolutely love this card. Although i did buy it when it was $499 it is still worth the money. I plan to purchase another for SLI. I wont bother with the 680's as im waiting for the faster ones coming out later this year.

ALONE this card does not have the memory to run BF3 Maxed. It will run it... but it will crash once the VRAM fills up. BF3 is the only game that it does that. EVEN THO I GET 53-60 FPS lol..... Should have gotten the 3GB Lightning when they had it.

Anyways tears up all and any games at 1920x1080... I do feel hiccups here and there which is why i want SLI (even more now that they are $389).

Using MSI Afterburner i have them set to 945Mhz Core 2200Mhz Memory with Voltage at 1100mV. My fans are at 77% and my temp never got over 71C playing BF3. I want another

Cons: Zero None

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: Great card. While building my system it looked so slick I took a time out. Needless to say some manjuice got on it and it still worked even after it hit the fans and a few diodes. Runs all games effortlessly.

Cons: Wasn't as easy to clean as one would think.

Other Thoughts: After the incident I have decided while building computers not to take breaks.
