4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for its time

Pros: Easy to overclock with Afterburner.
Very quiet.
Stays cool for most games that came out during its time.

Cons: At the time of this review (8-14) this product is now outdated.

Other Thoughts: For those who dont follow industry specs, please read the following: You can run most PCI 3.0 spec cards on a PCI 2.0 slot. The card will drop to 2.0 speeds but at least still work.

5 out of 5 eggsbest bang for buck here

Pros: lets see it works and works well, has dual fans to keep the thing cooled down and the price was a steal. also have it a 970mhz and it might not be a gtx570 but its still close.

Cons: its not the gtxtitan

Other Thoughts: this is a beat of a card . don't take a lot of power to run. the only thing its 1 gig of memory if you want to max everything out run your screen 1440 x 900 and you won't care much about 1080p i mean its better then 720p . my nephew runs this thing at 1080p and lower some things here and there and plays games just fine. even stock its still a good card not a gtx660ti but for 170 bucks is what i payed for it. it rocks.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW awesome

Pros: Pushing PCI 2.0 to the max. Love the 100+ fps in WOW at with in game settings set to maximum. Overall screen resolution is crisper than before (old card was NVIDIA GTS250 256bit, 1GB GDDR3).

Cons: Windows 7 required Safe Mode startup due to driver conflict with hardware. I should've uninstalled old drivers prior to installing new harware, shame on me.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card, had some issues though.

Pros: Awesome card, runs pretty much every thing I throw at it at max settings. Stays surprisingly cool as well.

Cons: Began blue screening after a few weeks of use, had to RMA it. The dvi to hdmi adapter was faulty, had to pick up a separate dvi cable to fix

Other Thoughts: If your looking for a great card, but your on a budget, this is the perfect video card for you.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Fantastic upgrade from my old computer! Runs pretty much all my games on maxed out settings at or above 60 fps. Battlefield 3 looks amazing! Heat is no problem although it does get ~68 during a heavy load. MSI software is great and allows you to OC (I haven't) and set custom fan profiles as well as adjust voltage.

Cons: Started producing strange artifacts on desktop. Been meaning to send it back to MSI for a replacement but don't want to be out of a graphics card for a couple of weeks. -1 egg for strange desktop artifacting :(

Other Thoughts: Running it on an ASrock z68 E3G3 and an intel 2500k overclocked to 4.4

Pros: Runs Battlefield 3 on ultra in my rig. averages 60 fps on 1080p. it does exactly what i paid for. also came with nba 2k11 cant say i will every play it though.

Cons: the heat sink isn't a closed exhaust heat sink but i haven't had any heat problems with it.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but would be better without the whine

Pros: I use this as a dedicated Folding@home card, and get about 12 to 13 k ppd (not overclocked) at the moment. The power draw, measured at the plug (with a high-efficiency power supply), is only about 125 to 130 watts, making this an efficient card for folding.

Cons: After about a day of use, a high-pitch whine developed, probably due to the high-current chokes. I would prefer to have other types that do not whine, even if they do not overclock so well, and will have to banish this machine to another room.

Other Thoughts: This runs cool for me, about 58 C while folding with a side fan blowing on it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card Great Price

Pros: Card runs cool, can pretty much throw anything at it.
Coming from a GTX260 216 SLI setup and there is quite a noticable improvement. DX11 rocks with Tessellation.

Cons: No triple SLI :-(

Other Thoughts: Be sure to follow rebate instruction to the letter. You have to print the form from MSI webpage. The form on Newegg's
site has the link.
