Step up to the MSI N660TI-2GD5/OC VGA card for a new level of gaming experience with amazing visual brilliance and environmental interaction in the blockbuster titles. Based on the graphics-optimized 28nm Kepler architecture, the GeForece GTX 660 Ti packs powerful SMX shaders and abundant amount of memory, which deliver reality-redefining performance to render a smooth, true-to-life imagery in the FPS, RTS, MMORPG and RACING games. The GPU Boost technology extracts more performance by dynamically increasing the clock speed when it's needed most. And with Military Class III components and Propeller Blade technology, the MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti promises you unmatched reliability and stability to game hard, even under extreme conditions.

  • newegg Military Class III Components MSI Military Class III components have passed rigorous MIL-STD-810G testing by an independent testing laboratory to deliver the ultimate guarantee in quality and stability. Military-grade components used on this card include Hi-c CAP, 30% more powerful SFC and Solid CAP with a service life of up to 10 years. The choice of materials reflects MSI's commitment to product quality, ensuring the smoothest and most dependable user experience for overclockers and gamers alike.
  • newegg Superior Cooling Large cooling fan with high quality heatsink delivers efficient and effective heat removal under any load level. Propeller Blade Technology generates 20% more airflow than traditional fan design. The grooved surface on the fan blade further extends the range of air flow for optimized cooling.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Absolutely fantastic card. Runs all my games at high/ultra settings at 2560x1440 with hardly a hiccup. Overclocks well--I got about a 10% increase in clock speed without needing to touch the voltage. Great bang for your buck, especially at resolutions higher than 1080p.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I've had this card for about a year now. It's much better than the Radeon 7950 it replaced. I couldn't be happier.

1 out of 5 eggsThe scam of the year!

Pros: Nvidia Product, solid tech

Cons: MSI as the manufacturer.

Other Thoughts: I purchased two of these cards in order to use the SLI function, but wish I would have gone with another manufacturer, because I have come to find out just how shady MSI is.

For all intents and purposes, I have mastered the art of the mail in rebate, as I have been doing it for years on Newegg, but in dealing with MSI I came up against an obstacle no one can get past: fraud. I was declined my rebate for the card (I was only allowed to submit one rebate) due to a "missing invoice", but this was just a cover for some unscrupulous employee. To my shock, when I went into the claim page, I found the scanned copy of my invoice, but someone had taken a marker and blacked out the product in order to deny my claim. Customer service? Keep dreaming- they informed me of my denied claim AFTER the time frame for submission, ensuring I would be denied!

Needless to say, I wont ever purchase another product from MSI, as they are the slimiest company around.

5 out of 5 eggsExactly what I was hoping for!

Pros: Awesome card, exactly what I was hoping for. I upgraded from a GTX 650 and the difference is very noticeable. Playing Battlefield 3 on High settings, Crysis 3 on Medium, SC2 on High, LOL on High. The software for this card automatically configures your settings to be the most optimal for each game, fantastic. Windows Experience Index at 7.9 of 7.9.

Takes up two slots but that's to be expected. Much longer than the 650 but that's the standard nowadays as well. Came with Batman Arkham Origins so that's definitely a plus.

Very satisfied, considering getting a second for SLI.

Note: this card takes 2 pci-e connectors (I originally only had 1 so I had to acquire another to run this)

Cons: Not free, , not a TITAN, doesn't fly, can't give me wings, doesn't do my job for me, doesn't lay golden eggs, doesn't let me time travel.

Other Thoughts: Great card that doesn't break the bank, obviously isn't on par with $400 cards but is strong enough to satisfy most gamers.

4 out of 5 eggsCouple hiccups on the way...

Pros: Fast, as expected. Supports 3-way SLI and works beautifully with it. More cores than I can shake a stick at. Was somewhat surprised to be able to run 3 of these hogs on a 1000w Rosewill Bronze PSU along with a 125w CPU.

Cons: 1 DOA. As others have said these cards get a little toasty. If you're planning on running more than 1 make sure your chassis is well ventilated!

Other Thoughts: Ordered 2 of these cards at first. 1 of which was DOA. RMA'd it through newegg no questions asked (Newegg support rocks, for anyone who's never ordered from them before) and upon return I had already received my 3rd card that I was forced to buy off of an auction site as Newegg was out of stock and everywhere else's price was out of line. Anyway, I now have these cards running amazingly in 3-way SLI powering 3 AOC e2460sw's at 5760x1080. I can never look back now!

2 out of 5 eggsInadequate cooling for an OC'ed card

Pros: Cheaper than other OC'ed GTX 660Ti

Cons: With its inadequate cooling, this card probably shouldn't have been factory overclocked. After installing mine, I noticed my games just crash randomly about 5 to 10 minutes in. I got really frustrated so I downloaded MSI's Afterburner and Kombuster utilities. I ran the stress test in Kombuster, and sure enough, it crashes after about 5 minutes. The GPU temp reaches a scorching 90C. Next, I went into Afterburner utility and decreased the GPU clock (which is OC'ed by default), to the stock speed of regular GTX 660Ti, and no surprise here, Kombuster and games no longer crash.

Other Thoughts: I will be returning this card to newegg for another brand. Luckily newegg came through and said they will be providing a pre-paid label for the RMA. It would have been insult to injury to pay another 15-20 dollars to ship this insured back to newegg, for a manufacturer's defect.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the issues that you are having with this product.
Overclocked GPU can run hotter than usual, therefore you will also need more airflow in the system to keep the heat away.
If you weren't able to do the above, then you could also reduce the frequency suitable for your system environment.

If you have any questions, please kindly get in touch with our tech support team directly at 626.271.1004 for assistance during regular business hours from M to F, 6am to 6pm Pacific Time, or you can email us at usreview@msi.com.

2 out of 5 eggsA real disappointment

Pros: It's an MSI product from Newegg.com.

Cons: This is the replacement for a return that was DOA. Had it for a couple of months and it began to not function at startup, situation got worse and worse until it died. Put the MSI video card it had replaced back in the PC and I'm up and running just fine. Will try to return but will not accept another of the same card.

Other Thoughts: I'm still a solid MSI fan. This is a "lemon" in that there is some manufacturing or design problem on this model. I'll be getting another MSI product to replace it.

1 out of 5 eggsVery Unstable

Pros: The card runs cool under load and delivers rock solid framerates

Cons: Unstable. The card cause hard locks and BSoDs consistently when playing games. It's not a heat or driver issue. After doing some research, this appears to be a common issue with this card. It seems to be a problem with the way the card manages voltage.

Buy at your own risk.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the issues that you are having with this product.
The issue has nothing to do with the over-voltage design, if this is what you were referring to.
In rare cares, the overclocked GPU may not handle the overclocking speed, plus it might had slipped through the QC.
Please try using MSI Afterburner and reduce GPU core speed to 915MHz and see if it helps with the issue.
If the card works with 915MHz without issues then please let us know at usreview@msi.com, thank you.

Best Regards,

2 out of 5 eggsWas nice for a while

Pros: Solid performance, quiet enough, heatpipes look nice in case.

Cons: The DVI-D port failed after a few months of use, I was able to correct it for a while by playing with the cables, but it's finally gotten to the point where when I do get it to display (rarely) I'm getting severe artifacts making it entirely unusable. $280 for a card seems like a bit much for faulty hardware.

Other Thoughts: I've been told by many of my friends that MSI makes bum hardware, but I never really believed them as my Motherboard is also MSI and it works fine after I flashed the BIOS to the most current version. Hugely disappointed with MSI.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the issues that you are having with this product.
Hopefully your next replacement card will work as it's supposed to, and we will also take care of your rebate issue even though you had sent in a packing list instead of an invoice.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat graphics power at a great price!

Pros: Upgraded from ATI Radeon HD5800. Handles games at full detail with no issues. Drivers are fantastic and the nVidia Experience sets optimal settings for games and downloads the latest driver release.

Great card from MSI!

Cons: Fans are audible when in the middle of a gaming session, but not distracting.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: Great card for the money spent. It played almost every game on high to highest settings. It ran my Three monitors at 5760x1200 with 45+ FPS. Single monitor gaming it ran everything at 60+ FPS. No cons at all with the card.

Overclocks to the GTX 670's base specs!

Cons: Not always playable FPS with 3 monitors in 2d surround.

Loud at full Fan.
