Is this card compatible with Windows 10?

IF HIS COMPUTER IS QUALIFIED FOR A FREE UPDATE FOR WINDOWS 10, MICROSOFT DOWNLOADS THAT INFORMATION AS TO WHETHER ALL OF HIS HARDWARE IS WINDOWS 10 QUALIFIED.  A SMALL WHITE FLAG DISECTED INTO 4 SECTION IS DOWNLOADED TO YOR TASK BAR, AND ALL OF THAT WOULD COME FROM THEM ABOUT THIS.  THIS WOULD BE THE SAFEST BET TO DO THE UPGRADE OR NOT.  I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT RUN A AGP GRAPHIC CARD IN YEARS.

Will this card work with WinXP and Win7?

Yes this card will work with XP, I know this because I am using XP right now. Windows 7? I am sure it will work just fine with 7. If you really want to find out it it will work with 7 just go to manufactures website and see if they have a driver for this card that will work with 7. Im sure they do. I am assuming you have a AGP slot on your mother board? If you do than no problem.

If there is a AGP slot on the motherboard it will work. Just make sure that AGP slot is a 4X or 8X, they are voltage setting. The bios will select it automatic, but a 2X or 1X will damage everything. I don't know Dell product, you need to verify it. I'm using a Intel D865GLC motherboard, Window 7, it works well for me.

No. There is not an AGP slot on that motherboard.

Is this card 1.5V or the 3.3V AGP card?

The cards is 0.8V (8X). Do not install in a motherboard that 3.3V(2X)or 1.5V(4X), smoke will appear!

I'm running this in a 10+ year old home built AMD Athlon 64 X2 (Dual Core Processor) 4400+ on WIN 7 PRo (64 bit) and getting Windows Experience Score 3.3.  I expect (but don't know) if WIN 2000 has drivers for this board, though I previously ran WIN/XP Pro with a similar Radeon card with the same CPU and it ran as fine as can be (for a 6-7 year old machine, at that time. Hardware should NOT be a problem. WIN/2000 drivers are pretty scarce (in general) but if you can get those (or XP drivers) you should be good to go.

I have a p4 e deluxe with 4 gig of mem with to add 220 gig in rad to gether
A nice fast machine .don't have that game but have others and it does we'll .
The 3450 Meg is a nice video card and the largest for agp slot but I get the ATI
card in the computerror still have the vision tech still have it just used it for 1 day

I have an older Dell OptiPlex 980. It has dual 256MB ATI RADEON HD 3450 graphics cards (Slots#'s 1 & 4). I'm attempting to get up to 1GB graphics memory for games. How do I test to see if the 'dual' configuration is correctly functioning. Could I use dual (2) of the above Visiontek Radeon 3450 w/ 512MB to accomplish this? Any PSU issues?
