5 out of 5 eggsGood for old sstem.

Pros: Inexpensive, fits AGP slot, decent GPU for older systems. Quiet. Picked up right where my old card left off. (Same Chip)

Cons: No serious heat dispersement system, just a fan. I'm a little nervous to put my lid back on.

Other Thoughts: Very light weight. Not much to the card. I hope it lasts!

5 out of 5 eggsNice little card...

Pros: I had a decent system (AthlonXP 1.2ghz, 2GB PC2100 ram, 80GP ATA133 HD) running a lame duck video card (Geforce MX2 32MB AGP 4X). Although it would run World of Warcraft, only the kids were willing to deal with the experience (slowness, pixilated graphics (because of the settings being turned down so far), just generally not a pleasant experience. I saw this on Newegg for a good price + a mail in rebate, couldn't pass it up.

Cons: None thus far... seems to be working great.

Other Thoughts: Really did make a major difference in the WoW experience. Understandably, this is a major upgrade over the card that was in there, but it really did FEEL like a major upgrade. And for an end result of $35... it's really hard to beat.

5 out of 5 eggs4X/8X Nice Card

Pros: This is a 4X/8X card, not just 8X as listed in product specifications. I bought this card as a replacement for an older Dell Dimension 8100. It installed smoothly and worked really well.

Cons: None that I can think of.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Replacement for My Fried 5200

Pros: Great swap for my 5200 that is toast. More memory onboard, better speed, easy setup.

Cons: I pinched my finger on the case ;)---But seriously, you are getting a legacy product.

Other Thoughts: Makes a great replacement AGP board for older computers.

5 out of 5 eggsGood for dual monitors

Pros: Before installing this card, I was running two 17" monitors with two cards (AGP+PCI). The PCI card was an MX440 ; I wanted to get both monitors on an equal footing/performance and free up a PCI slot. This card has done that.

Cons: As some other reviewers said, the fan wires were in a position where the the fan blades would have touched them. So, be sure to check them and adjust as needed; no biggie.

Other Thoughts: I'm not a gamer but I'm sure this card is not for the latest games. The AGP card I replaced with this was an FX5200 w/128MB. Performance difference not too noticeable but wasn't expected; FX5500 and FX5200 only one step apart.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This card helps me run Counter Strike Source, which makes me happy. This card is great for basic video games, and even complex ones like the one above. also cheap, which is another plus.

Cons: none, but read other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: I am not sure if the card itself was causing error, but set up was tricky, in which the computer failed during driver instalation. the only possible solution I can offer is to use the DVI adapter to plug in the regular screen. I dont know why, but that seemed to fix it. so, dont give up on this card, once the setup is done, its good to go.
