Excellence
- Pros: This thing made me love Mmos again. I have been playing AoC with a Amd fx/2 5400+, Evga 7600 Gs, with 2 gigs of ram averaging 15-25 fps. i swapped this card in and I am running around on high at 40+ fps and on medium well over 50 fps.
- Cons: That it wasn't free.
- Other Thoughts: vroooooooom
great card
- Pros: Okay its a $155 card, and that being said i am very impressed. I can do UT3 with everything maxed at about 40-70 fps, but usually at around 50-60. I run Crysis at 1280x800 with all medium and one or 2 setting on high with about 26fps... I can play CS: source with literally everything maxed out at 1440x900 at around 50FPS too. THis card is great to overclock. I have it at 700/1750/950
- Cons: Crysis doesn't run that well, but it's nothing to really complain over... Again, its a $155 card so what do you expect? Also, it runs hot when idle and cool during gaming... Its 60C at idle and 68 at the highest during gaming
- Other Thoughts: I'd like to get another for SLI but i'm not sure about weather or not its worth it for the cost. I have 550PSU, 2 gigs of ram, 300gig HD, 9600GT (obviously) and a pentium D @3.2GHz
NVIDIA Rocks!
- Pros: This card is fantastic! Execellant performace, especially for the price. I can play Crysis with everything on high and it runs smooth. So far it's been able to play every game I throw at it on high and play them great!!
- Cons: None so far
- Other Thoughts: I love NVIDIA!! Dual slot design works extremely well, don't know why they don't do all their higher end cards this way.
