5 out of 5 eggsKills a 9800GT

Pros: I have 2 of these but I really only need one. This card handles all my games maxed.Which my 9800GTX+ cant do.So the guy below that says this card cant handle what a 9800GT does is a complete noob and has no clue what he is talking about.I really hate when people review something and they have no clue what they are talking about.

Cons: none unless you just have to have the latest greatest. But for me i dont need DX11 right now because none of the games i play even use DX11 yet.

Other Thoughts: This card is faster than the 5770.But doesnt have Dx11 .But you dont need DX11 right now.
I love this card and i really love having 2 in SLI.Two of these can handle anything you throw at them at just about any resultion

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card..

Pros: Great card, especially for what they are selling at now days. 448 bit bus and 896mb memory can run 1920x1200 with no problems. In 2d mode the card clocks down to 300mhz gpu and 100mhz ram. Very efficient. Mine idles at 39c with 72% on the fan.

Cons: Been using the card since December and haven't had a single problem with it.

Other Thoughts: I have a 55nm GTX 260 in my other rig and honestly there is no difference. The 55nm version uses an all aluminum cooler while this one incorporates copper into it's design. They pretty much nix each other out.

4 out of 5 eggsNot what I expected

Pros: Runs games smooth, just not the one I wanted : (

Cons: Card if very long and may block SATA connections or may not fit in your case!

Other Thoughts: Well... The entire reason I bought this card was to play Empire Total War and max out the settings. So the fact I cant do that prevents me from saying this card is awsome.

I came from a 9800GT where I could play all settings on high. The 260gtx STILL couldnt handle it and shows little performance upgrade over the 9800GT playing Empire Total War. (I do know nvidia was having driver compatibility issues with that game, so this may be the problem)

All other games that I have played are sort of old school, so I cant really rate its performance on the newer games. Just the one game I wanted to play, it doesn't do so well on :(

This card will fit in an Antec 900 case, but you will have to take off the rear exhaust fan in the middle drive bays.

I guess the purpose of this review is just for the ones who are looking to upgrade their system like I did for ETW, but understand that there are driver issues, and you still cant get the settings past high, and add the extras such as smoke

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: This has played every game I have on MAX Settings.
MAX AA and AF and every other setting.

TF2 = 200 FPS, MAX Settings
CSS = 250-350 FPS, MAX Settings
Oblivion = 100-200 FPS, MAX Settings
L4D = about 60 FPS, MAX Settings
CODWAW = not sure, but on MAX Settings I don't get any chops in FPS and it's as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: When idle I leave fanspeed on 40 and I get a steady temperature of 44 or 45.
When playing games on MAX I get around 50 to 55 Degrees.

It shouldn't go that high after reading some of the reviews, but my intake fan doesn't work and I'm not even sure which way some of the fans are blowing, so that is probably a factor. It's my fault, but nonetheless, this card is awesome.

Also came with CODWAW for free, that was a good plus.

5 out of 5 eggsUNSTOPABLE

Pros: Runs every game i throw at it on the highest settings possible, no glitching its not loud like people complain masked by headset/speakers and not to hot runs at 39 degrees while on cod waw and cod 4 around 45 on crysis and farcry 2

Cons: Absolutely none at all!

I've had this card for a weeks and it runs great i didn't think it would run crysis as well as it does I'm pursuing a second one for sli!

Other Thoughts: get one now!

5 out of 5 eggsImpressive

Pros: I've got a huge 1920 x 1080 monitor running Lord of the Rings Online at maximum settings with an excellent 100 FPS average. This thing has run every game I have thrown at it with ease and I only have one of them. It installs easy and the EVGA software is great.

Cons: It's behemoth in size. Also, you'll need to be sure that your PSU has the right +12V amperage and two 6-pin connectors for each card that you want.

Other Thoughts: I'd stick with just one, personally. But, I guess some people want plenty of power to spare. I can't even imagine how good two or three of these could be.

5 out of 5 eggs=)

Pros: Ok, so this was the first time i installed a PCI-e x16 graphics card, and i was expecting a card the size of hm... a networking card xD but yeah, thats fine.

Right now, im running the GPU version of Folding@Home with this thing efficiently :D

It was an upgrade from a GMA 3300 or a Geforce 7200 Go [on my laptop] so theres really no comparison :P this thing owns.

I can now play almost ALL MY FAVORITE ONLINE GAMES with this, at high quality and ... yeah, x16 antialiasing, shading, and high resolution. The graphics arent blocky for me anymore xD

Im definately buying from EVGA in the future, great product

And btw, i read that EVGA allows you to overclock your cards under warrenty. AMIGAHD! yay xD

Cons: The fans are... a bit noisy... like they come at 40% by default [which isnt noisy] but once you raise em up to around 60% [i used EVGA Precision which comes with the card] you get like... tons of noise. But thats cool with me, i have this thing called a headset :P

Other Thoughts: Guess whose gonna be playing Huxley: The Dystopia's ijji launch with super high quality and Physx xD

I really wanna try playing Mirror's Edge

I am learning to program with this new card :) Insanely easy [as i dont get 10 fps on my programs now

The package came in a box along with my Corsair 650w and like... it was a huge box and inside were two tiny boxes xD and tons of foam. I love foam, oh yes i do <3 so yeah, i loved that =). The box came and on one side of the plastic wrap there was a rip, but the box itself had no dents, so im not gonna blame NewEgg.

Newegg, you have another satisfied customer who will return to you in the future =)

3 out of 5 eggsevga support

Pros: Great card works well on most games

Cons: runs way too hot, fans are extremely loud and have to be on full blast all the time. I have 3 in a x58 rampage board. Tried several times to use evga step up program on these and others I always get the run around. Buy another brand EVGA has gone down hill fast.

Other Thoughts: Once great support is now terrible, must have laid alot of people off and running on a shoestring staff.

5 out of 5 eggsbe careful!

Pros: part number 1265 is a great part that i have consistently overclocked to 700-1509-1200. I have purchased three but..........

Cons: Well, I ordered this card to be my third for 3 way sli. I wanted a 65 nm card to go with my other two. That's why I ordered this one and not the cheaper new one. Amazingly, they shipped me part number 1257, which is the 55nm superclocked edition. the stickers on the card were for part 1265, as was the label on the box. they either put the wrong sticker on the card or they are up to something crazy! i dealt with great support from evga however and i shipped my card back to them today. We shall see how long it takes to get my replacement.

Other Thoughts: evga is the best. newegg...... i was sort of disappointed with you guys. just told me to call evga.
