5 out of 5 eggsGood but kinda obsolete

Pros: -Works
-never had a video related problem with it.
-Still working strong after two years of constant use.

Cons: -As others said, it is pretty obsolete

Other Thoughts: I originally got this card as a stepping stone to a better card when my budget improved. Works good and still works with an older machine of mine.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great in my Hackintosh

Pros: I Love this thing. I have it running in dual mode in my hackintosh/Dell Dimension 4600. I wasn't able to get mirror mode to run, but hey, its not even designed to run under OSX so I can't complain. I love the nVidia control panel. Well laid out and lots of configuration control. Great card for the money.

Cons: I wish it had more video ram.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Well

Pros: Worked out of the box. CD included drivers worked. Easy install. Used this card for a Dell Dimension 4300 replacement of a burnt out 256 mb card not from EVGA.

Cons: It didn't talk to me while I installed it. I was kind of lonely that morning.

Other Thoughts: Solid card for an old machine. Allowed me to use the Dell 4300, 1.7 GHz P4, 768 mb pc 100 ram as a bot machine for DAOC.

4 out of 5 eggsimproved video quality

Pros: Improved overall video performance.

Drivers were easily found online. Easy Install. Quick delivery.

Cons: Stuttering HD video on Vimeo.

Other Thoughts: After selecting AGP in the BIOS menu for Primary Video full Screen Hulu became watchable. Other video sources loaded with ease.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks like it should; worth the price.

Pros: Runs cool
Runs Quiet
Does the job
Good Price

Fourth VC in this PC, the others eventually expired from heat exhaustion - this one runs cool with no fan and NO noise. May not be suitable for extreme gaming but does everything I want.

Cons: Can't think of any.

5 out of 5 eggs30 cards Dual screens

Pros: Great cards. I work for a company where people wanted to have two screens but they did not want to buy all new computers. We are running them on old Pentium 4 2.4ghz computers and they only have a 220W power supply. We have ordered over 30 of these for dual screen use and not had the slightest problem with any of them. We will continue order these cards to extend the life of our older workstations.

Cons: I have not seen one yet and as many of them as I had I would have seen something. I would not try to play a game on it but that is not what they are really intended to do.

Other Thoughts: Great card for the price and if you just want to get an older computer to have dual screens. They are very reliable.
