4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quick, simple install in older Dell 9200 desktop. Purchased as an upgrade to allow DirecTV2PC viewing since my old GeForce 7300 LE wasn't compatible. Graphics and text do seem much sharper than with the old card.

Newegg shipped quickly as usual and I had the card in 3 days.

Cons: Windows 7 Pro didn't recognize the card and the CD of drivers are for XP and Vista only - NO WINDOWS 7 support. I blame EVGA for this though and not Newegg so much although no OS requirements are listed for it. I had to go to the EVGA website to get drivers. Not a big deal but with Windows 7 being out so long now one would think drivers for it would be on the CD - hence only a 4 egg rating.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet card bro

Pros: -Good power, does what I want for gaming
-Cheap price
-Has drivers for about any Windows PC, but that's expected from Nvidia

Cons: -None that I know of thus far

Other Thoughts: Most people say its not a good gaming card, but I've been able to run Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 at max settings just fine, also runs Assassins Creed, Fallout 3, Team Fortress 2, along with other games just fine at pretty high (if not max) settings.

So if your a gamer and just want a nice card that isn't overly expensive but can still play plenty of games at pretty sweet settings, then this is probably for you.

3 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: Both Vista and Win7 Aero working just fine with 4.1 rating.

Cons: Cooling fan always at full speed and buzzing. The 9 series doesn't mean it would be better than any 8 seires. My 8600GT's system rating is 5.3 and truly faster than this.

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for. Pulled stock cooling fan and put a Zalman VGA fan. So~ quiet.

5 out of 5 eggsNot Bad

Pros: Works great! Plays DVDs, and steaming video from Hulu and Netflix just fine. Even plays Left 4 Dead 2 without a problem. If you're not a heavy gamer, this card is for you.

Cons: Batman: Arkham Asylum brings this video card to its knees. Actually, Batman is what burnt up my Nvidia 9800GT to begin with. This game is brutal on video cards. But for $50 I'm not complaining.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this video card with Intel E8400 processor, 4GB ram, with Windows Vista. My Nvidia 9800GT overheated and fried so I got this as a temperary replacement until I can afford to get something that can handle Batman: Arkham Asylum. That game is awesome but rough on video cards.

5 out of 5 eggsMore than I bargained for

Pros: Unit shipped to me is 1Gb 128 bit

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I replaced a 6800 with this card. It plays my old stuff well enough, and my newer stuff about 25% better than the 6800.

5 out of 5 eggsGood little unit

Pros: Reasonably powerful for my application, very affordable, quiet, runs cool, does what it should, no driver problems.

Cons: None applicable.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to build a new machine for my mom. She mostly uses it for playing Facebook games so the card was a little bit of overkill, but for the price I can't complain at all. Plugged it in, installed the latest driver, life is good.

4 out of 5 eggsworks for my casual games

Pros: Works for Colin Mcrae Rally 2005... worked for Quantum of Solace...probably for Starcraft 2. Seems pretty good for what I want, won't work well for high end graphical games like Street Fighter 4 or 2008 shooters.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the 9000 title... If you want stats search "nvidia comparison" for comparisons. Other 7000 and 8000 cards are better than this one.

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: Great price point!

Cons: None to mention

Other Thoughts: Bought this card for a second system which will not be a crazy gaming machine. Nice thing about this card was it did not require a plug from my power supply since having only a 250 watt power supply I did not have an extra connector. For what the card is needed for it looks great and does everything I need. As always Newegg did a fantatic job on shipping this really fast.
