5 out of 5 eggsPowercolor HD3650

Pros: It's relatively cheap for the performance it offers. It can do 3D gaming and HD (1080p) video. Sure, it won't max out Crysis, but it'll give you playable framerates in even the most intensive shooters at appropriate settings; a good deal for $40.

Cons: Inability to control fan manually through Catalyst.

4 out of 5 eggsBang for your buck.

Pros: Decent card for DX10, mainly bought it for budget gaming. Can handle most Valve games within 2xAA at 1280x720. Played Fallout 3 on high and used the mini nukes excessively to push it.

Cons: You get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: At this price with MIR however, I have no real complaints.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Quality

Pros: 1) When working performed as advertised
2) Dolby Digital sound over DVI makes hooking to TV with HDMI easy
3) Cheap

Cons: 1) Big con - It worked for only 4 months then the resister in the B703 spot blew while in the middle of browsing the internet.
2) The warranty is only 2 years so they don't stand behind their products like other card makers, i.e. - XFX and BFG with their life time warranty.
3) RMA's cost $12 and then owner has to pay shipping on a card new that only cost ~40 from newegg.

Other Thoughts: Would never own a Powercolor card again. I have owned both BFG and XFX cards which have never given me any problems and are still working today.

2 out of 5 eggsFlakey

Pros: Cheap
Low profile
Newer than my trusty HIS X1650

Cons: Flickers and my screen goes dark under load. I sometimes have issues on S/U where the screen goes dark at Windows XP welcome screen. This started the day I isntalled the card even w/updated drivers. My HIS X1650 is more reliable so I put that one back in - no more probs.
RMA'd.

4 out of 5 eggsPowercolor 3650

Pros: Runs cool and the fan is adequet. Does a decent job by itself but is very good Crossfired which needed no bridges to make it work on an ASUS M4A78 Plus MB. At 40 bucks ( thanks new egg) it's hard to beat.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Raidmax Smilodon case
M4A78 Plus Asus MB
3 gb Gskill 800mgz
XP 32 bit
550 watt Rosewill psu
AMD 7750 Kuma cpu
2 Powercolor 3650's

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Don't know if it would support crazy video games, but it work well with PES 2009. Plus the image quality is great.
Also it's cheap.

Cons: Not any yet

Other Thoughts: If you just hate the c*rapp*y INTEL GMA integrated graphic card. Buy this!
