5 out of 5 eggsUpgrade an old GPU with this card!

Pros: Excellent price for the performance the card provides out of the box. I have yet to even look into overclocking the card and I am already very pleased!

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Purchased specifically to allow an older system higher graphics settings for Left 4 Dead 2, and it does this job wonderfully! Previous setup was 2 Nvidia 7800 GTs in SLI (to give an idea of just how old this system is...) which was only able to run Left 4 Dead 2 on Low/Medium settings. With this card I was able to bump up the resolution and turn most every graphical effect to High or Very High and I would still get a better frame rate than with the cards I replaced. FPS for L4D2 now hits highs of 80+ and rarely every goes below 30. Of course it has also been burning through older games like Company of Heroes, Bioshock, and Mass Effect! If you're looking to update an older system, buy this card now before it's no longer available!

Pros: This is my first graphics card from powercolor and I'm very pleased with it's purformence. One of this cards performed as good and better at times than my crossfired 3870's. In crysis with the 3870's on all high settings my frames would hit lowes of 23 fps, 35 fps Ave, and 46 fps max. With this 4770 in crysis my frames are 31 fps min, 42 fps ave, and 50 fps max. I am very pleased with this card can't wait to buy another one. Plays all my other games Tomb Raider underworld,FEAR, Bioshock, Mirror's edge, and other games in my collection with up to 40 fps better than my 3870's.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: All of the fps listed above were with a res of 1440x900 and with these specs Phenom II 940 quad core, ECS A790gxm-a motherboard, 4gbs of wintec 6400 ddr2, powercolor ati 4770 at stock settings, corsair tx850w power supply, seagate 250gb hard drive, 19" acer monitor, and windows vista home premium 64 bit.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Card

Pros: Runs alot cooler than the 4850 in my machine, Color depth and resolution is superb on both Vista Ultimate 64 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 (RC1), actually better under Windows 7 - sharper, deeper colors. Used both Catalyst 9.4 and 9.5
Drivers on both Operating Sytems. Great video when playing from BlueRay Disk.

Cons: none at this point.

Other Thoughts: Great pricepoint, even should be considered an upgrade from MB with built in Video, and a free PCI-E 16 Slot.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice!

Pros: Upgraded from a 3780. Runs everything I can throw at it @ max settings.
Replaced the HS with aftermarket and runs very quite and very low temp. OC'ed core to 800, doesn't get over 52C under full load. Probably could go higher on the core but doesn't need it.
Best bang for the buck IMHO.

Cons: The stock HS is kinda flimsy but it does still keep the card cool enough.

Other Thoughts: This will hold me over until the DX11 cards come out and drop in price somewhat. For around 100 bones this is a great card. Get it!

5 out of 5 eggsSweet!

Pros: The previous card I bought only about a month ago was an Apollo ATI HD4670 with 256MB of GDDR4. Video Card Stability test benchmark gave me 164 fps on normal clock settings and 177 fps on full OC. I just ran the same test on this card and got 355 fps on normal clock settings and 387 fps on full OC. Can't wait to run some games and will update this review.

Cons: none so far.
