4 out of 5 eggsFastest low profile GPU in the US

Pros: Fastest low-profile card available in the US.
Puts up decent frames (just under 5770 #'s)
Relatively quiet
If you have massive cooling available, decent OC'er.
Comes with a free game. (Did when I bought it. DiRT3)

Cons: Gets crazy hot in a low profile case (with only moderate airflow)
Gets merely ok temps with excellent airflow.
Limited overclocking ability due to reduced cooling capacity of low-profile cooler. (Comes with the territory)

Minor gripe: Gets hot enough that the plastic sticker on the edge of the shroud keeps peeling back.

Other Thoughts: Great card. Plays all the latest and greatest at a decent res, with decent numbers, with decent eyecandy turned on.
(1680+ 30FPS+) but needs some serious airflow to Overclock. (Altough, really everything that gets hot in a PC should have good airflow. My .02)

I do not view the increased cost as compared to a vanilla 6750 a con. This is, for all intents and purposes, a different card than the vanilla 6750. They had to completely redesign the PCB and come up with a cooling solution that would keep it within an acceptible thermal range, and no one else seems eager to make a competing product.

They got my money, and I consider it well spent.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent card

Pros: Low profile, good performance, analog and digital outs.

Cons: Doesn't come with a 4-pin molex to 6-pin PCI-e adapter

Other Thoughts: We bought 30 of these for work to be installed in 2U Supermicro rackmount servers. The displays need to be able to handle 1920x1080 and do OpenGL/DirectX. This was the best solution, and these guys work great.

4 out of 5 eggsWork as far expected

Pros: Very good facture for a low profile one. alway keep under 70C

Cons: the 6-pin are the weak point to brought it ... Personaly my PSU blow up 3 hour after. (Drawn too much power to the PSU.)

Other Thoughts: If u dont had a PSU with a 6-pin pci-e on it, dont try ... many chance the psu would blow up.

4 out of 5 eggsPowerful LP Card

Pros: Runs Skyrim at max settings without AA at 1600x900. Runs cool enough for me at 66c after running furmark for a while with a slight overclock and it usually gets 20fps at said res.

Cons: The heat-sink is lacking and it feels like it could fall apart :/

5 out of 5 eggsThe Low-Power, Low-Profile Solution

Pros: - HD6750 crammed into a low profile form factor; most powerful low profile GPU available domestically
- Twin fan design keeps the noise down
- Low power consumption (see below)
- 7.3 Windows Experience Index
- Gaming performance is good, and runs most recent releases on high settings
- Free copy of DiRT3, if you don't already own it. Ultra, 1080p, 4x MSAA at a solid 30fps. Looks gorgeous!

Cons: - A bit pricey for the performance
- Temps are warm, but reasonable (see below)
- DiRT3 requires, basically, full manual activation. See below.

Other Thoughts: It's currently the fastest low-profile card on the market, with the exception of a 6850 from some company I never heard of and is only available in Asia.

The Radeon HD 6750 has a Thermal Design Point (TDP) of 86W. In other words, that's the maximum amount of power it's designed to draw out of the box. The 450W recommendation is simply a safeguard; I'm running it just fine on a 275w PSU, whilst powering a USB3 pci-e adapter, a core i3-560, an optical drive, and three HDDs. It runs fine, but watch your 12v rail (11.26v under load here).

Free copy of DiRT3 requires you to scan/photo the voucher and submit to AMD (security breach earlier this year).

My card idles in the low 40s, and full-loads to the high 70s/low 80s. I find this acceptable; some may not. You've been informed.

Biostar Eco i2 barebone with 275w PSU
Core i3-560 OC'd to 4ghz
G.SKILL Sniper DDR3-1866 2x4GB
This card
Two Crucial 64GB SSDs, single WD 500GB Caviar HDD
Some generic optical LightScribe drive
Win 7

4 out of 5 eggsPowerful but very hot

Pros: Powerful. I orginally decided to built this htpc for high res movies, but after some thorough consideration, I decided to make the unit feasible for gaming as well. I played several games with this unit and the most performance demanding games so far are Tom Clancy's HAWK and Prince of persia forgotten sands. It ran HAWK smoothly, but its performance with POP is questionable. some of the game videos are slightly choppy. I can tell that this not cpu problem. It doesn't happen very often and choppiness last about a second or two. It doesn't bother me much. I'm still happy.

Cons: too hot. After 30 mins or so with hard gaming, the temp went beyond 80 celcius. Although... I have my htpc in a confined space my cabinet. This factor could attributed to the heat. It is now December. I hate to think how hot it will become in the summer. I brought a exteral fan to blow cool air into the cabinet space, but it seems to help the cpu more than the gpu.

Other Thoughts: Intel i5 2400, 8Gig DDR3 PC3 10666, 530 Roswill PSU, other specs doesn't matter for this review
