1 out of 5 eggsPut a piece of wood in your PCIE slot instead...

Pros: It was cheap when I bought it. Evidently not anymore.

Cons: Broke after 4 months of use. Returned it for RMA to Powercolor. They said they would fix it but it took nearly a month, and their website said 14 days. 2 weeks after I received and installed the repaired card, it broke again. I sent it back to them and it has been about a week and a half....

Other Thoughts: At least a slim piece of wood fitted to your PCIE slot wouldn't cause your computer to power off and make dying light/fan flickering.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth the money

Pros: It will run any game on any setting

Cons: The only thing that i dislike is the way it goes into my MB makes it upside down so that the cool red part is on the bottom and not visable.

Other Thoughts: They shipped the board with Crysis 3 and Bioshock infinate. I thought this was pretty ballsy. When i got the pc the first game i played was Crysis 3, right away I jumped in and set everything to max trying to make this thing dump on itself. Didnt happen. It has now ran everything ive asked it to on the highest possible settings. Only assassins creed made it lag alittle. Lets be honest tho, it made everyones PC lag. It was fin e until i turned up the anti w.e filtering and thing thats just like it

1 out of 5 eggsPower color won't repair under warranty

Pros: Card worked great until the fan failed

Cons: Fan stopped working 6 months into ownership. Power Color said it was too dusty and would not replace fan within the warranty period

Other Thoughts: Never buy another Power Color product. I clean my computer very often and the two little bits of dust they said was the cause of the fan failure is ridiculous.

Manufacturer Response:

This is Raymond from powercolor. A video card that has excessive dust can results in the bearings in the fan to seize. We cannot honor fan warranty for such cases. The card however, is still in warranty.

Best Regards,

3 out of 5 eggsGood speeds.

Pros: Good speeds, good temps

Cons: I will never buy powercooler again. 3 different brands of motherboards have had issues with this unit, and EVERY support site i read only lists another unit as having problems with the mobos. but it was this unit as well so took me awhile to just try anything and everything to get it to work (but I finally did and it works well now)

Other Thoughts: BSODs when alt tabbing out of some games, or changing display cables in the back.

5 out of 5 eggsStill going strong!

Pros: -Been almost a year and no issues.
-Mine overclock fine for the price, 1140core and 1500memory on water it was 1125core and 1350mem before on water.
-Drivers have improved significantly a while ago for crossfire especially.
-Still fast enough for any fps game I throw at it BF4 and COD Ghosts run max/100+ fps on most maps.

Cons: -They do get hot if you have bad air flow, I mean the heatsink is dinky on these so sandwiching is a nono, I'd say sandwiching any card is a nono when overclocking anyways.
-Drivers were bad.

Other Thoughts: Bought these for $540-$20rebate with 8free games so for about the price of a 770 around the time of purchase (780 now) and more power than the 780ti.
When you overclock these a solid chunk you have to disable ULPS and PowerPlay, also increase the power limit since these things will throttle the card.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Stable

Cons: Poor cooling
Rebate request ignored

Other Thoughts: Bought for $250 (never got rebate). This card works; my ambient temp (basement) is low, so with normal use I don't run into blue screen/reboot issues as others have written. When gaming it does get very hot and loud and temps are higher than other 7950s. With proper cooling (that I have not investd in yet) I think this card has quite a bit of headroom to overclock. As of Jan 2014, seems like these cards are selling for more than I bought it for nearly a year ago due to LiteCoin miner demand.

2 out of 5 eggsGood until fan died

Pros: It was pretty quick and handled every game I threw at it.

Cons: The fan died about 6 months after I bought it. Now it's useless.

5 out of 5 eggsEh

Pros: Worked well, intended to throw in my loop, I'd changed my mind.

Cons: Horrible to overclock @ stock, but that's expected coming from reference model.

Other Thoughts: I'd paid $269.99($249.99 w/ MIR) for the card 3/23/13, it came with Crysis 3, FC:BD and Bioshock Infinite; I still haven't gotten my rebate in the mail but I sold the card for $250, pocketed the games and bought 2x 650ti boost for SLI and happy I did.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat card, great deal overall

Pros: card was a reference design with boost state, for a low price +rebate +newegg sale. =great deal. yes it has horrible cooling stock, I do mean HORRIBLE. but since it was a reference design a huge awesome cooler from a gigabyte card went right on it, now cools the vrm the gpu and everything else. you know the one with 3 fans. that ones on mine now and I have a card worthy of the $300+ versions for $210, just keep a watch for people selling a card for parts!

Cons: none as long as you change the cooler

Other Thoughts: I love the card and it stays cool as can be, I just wish the fx 8350 would be so cool.
