5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: This a great card,, love the fact it is huge,, I all games max settings and have not had an issue. Very nice realistic graphics without a hiccup,, cant say enough about that.

Cons: I play Matrix online and they havent come out with a driver that will make the game run smooth withthis card..Seems that ATI is supported more than Nvidia.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you have a roomy case with a big enough PSU. Great card other than that

5 out of 5 eggsGood card!

Cons: None that I can think of!

Other Thoughts: If anyone wants to relate comparisons. i have a c2d E4300 oc'ed to 2.92ghz. its defualted at 1.8ghz. it stays idle at 33c load 45c. in 3dmark05 i get 15775 rating!!!

3 out of 5 eggsNice card but

Pros: Direct10 ready, lots of processing power and relatively quiet. OC and fan are easily controlled by Nvidia and Riva software. Easy install with drivers available off Nvidia site

Cons: After two weeks I started having display problems and the symptons indicate video ram failure. In process of RMA with PNY. PIA as I live in China but must RMA the card back to the US and they will only ship out the replacement to the US despite the fact that the card is made in P.R.C. Ha ha, had the same issue with a video IPod.

Other Thoughts: One of these days someone will build a diagnostic tool for GPU's and also make it so that the video ram is on eprom's rather than SMT on board. I bought an XFX 8600GT xxx as a temporary replacement so I'm out one buck in the interim.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Ran BioShock at 1680x1050 at max settings without any hiccups. Runs games like WoW and HL2 easily as well. Meets my needs absolutely perfectly.

Cons: Runs hot (55C) even when idling but it does not get much hotter even under a full load.

Other Thoughts: I waffled a lot on which video card to get on my latest build but settled on this board because it was the best deal at the time. I was not disappointed at all.
I am using this board with a MSI P6N SLI Platinum mobo and SAMSUNG 226BW monitor.

5 out of 5 eggsFast, Powerful Card!

Pros: Very powerful card. I stepped up from an 8600GTS and the difference is incredible. Very high framerates with eye candy turned up. DirectX10 support is nice, though is just beginning to become a deciding factor. This card plays newer games such as Enemy Territory: Quake Wars and Medal of Honor: Airborne Assault beautifully.

Cons: Large, draws much power, creates a lot of heat, pretty much what can be expected from a card this size. Rumors of DirectX 10.1 making this card obsolete...?

Other Thoughts: I'm 9 points away from breaking 10,000 in 3dmark06. Hopefully I'll do it today. My system is an e6300@ 2.4ghz with arctic freezer pro 7, 2GB Corsair value ram (I know), Audigy 2, MSI P6N SLI FI 650i mobo, LG DVD Burner, 600 watt Xion PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Regrets

Pros: Upgraded from a 7800 gtx. Obvious performance boost. Newest games I play are Supreme Commander and Rainbow Six Vegas and can play both at max settings (1680x1050) with all the eye candy and no slowing at all. Decided to go with 640 MB over 320MB to help make this purchase last longer. Card has been extremely stable and would not hesitate to spend this much mony with PNY again. Usually buy EVGA but heard great review on this card and love it.

Cons: BIG CARD! Nearly touches my harddrive on other side of case! Gets pretty warm/hot so be prepared for that as well

Other Thoughts: E6600 core 2 duo. 2 gig, 8800 gts 640MB. Windows Vista

5 out of 5 eggsFast

Pros: This card will play any old game with 16xQ antialasing and insane resolutions. For new games you can still play at almost any settings and have a blazing frame rate. This video card even overclocks well, but there are no games on the market that I think would benefit from even MORE power at this time. This is a quiet video card.

Cons: There was one graphical bug in Counter-Strike source that I fixed by playing in DX8.1 mode (almost same graphics)
I assume it's been fixed in a driver update since I don't play that game anymore.

Other Thoughts: I hope this thing can run Unreal Tournament 3 with massive framerates.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very good card . It runs quiet and cool. Idles at 54c - 56c Hits 70-72C at load however but that is normal. My idle temps are low because I got 2 fans basically blowing right on it.

This card is super fast and I pull constant 60+FPS in any game i've played @ high res. Feels great to max out games and not even tax the card.

Cons: None really. wasn't free??

Other Thoughts: Would love some awesome bonus software with the card... maybe a game or something

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: This is an awesome experience for me. I've been with a horrible 6800 128mb agp, for the past couple years, it was a nice gift from my brother in law as a hand me down, but moving from this to practically top of the line is amazing! I can actually play my games now! i refused to play them at low settings, its just not how games were meant to be played!! In fact, i custom built for the first time my own computer top to bottom, and this card completes it perfectly. every game i play runs max settings on 1440x900 with extremely high frame rates. everything is smooth.

Cons: people tell me not to worry about the heat so much, because its "supposed" to be at its best around 70degrees celcius. but took off the side and stuck a mini fan to point up at the card so it gets extremely good air flow.

Other Thoughts: pointing a fan to blow cool air in and blow hot air away is a perfect idea to keep a computer nice and cool.
