4 out of 5 eggsfailed after 2 months

Pros: ran most games easily

Cons: Died after 2 months, mine didn't overclock as well as others who have reviewed it

Biostar has NO customer service, you are on the hook if you have questions/issues (I know this from a motherboard from biostar)

Other Thoughts: Just updating my review that to say it died after 2 months, wouldn't post. Replacement video fixed the issue.

3 out of 5 eggsBetter cards out there for same price

Pros: Cheap card that will work and get the job done for most games and videos.

Cons: For this price there are better cards out there.

Other Thoughts: I jumped the gun buying this card, other better cards are out there and are at the same price as this. I wish I better understood Nvidia's numbering system before I bought.

5 out of 5 eggsNice little budget card

Pros: Good GPU cooler. Ultra quiet. Card is pretty overclockable.

Cons: RAM doesn't have sinks on them, but no biggie,

Other Thoughts: Good bang for the dollar in this case. Card OCs really well. RAM doesn't have sinks but they still overclocked by 200(400)MHZ !! Core and shader clocks can go significantly more while staying chilly and fan quiet. With G31 board and 2180 all stock speeds scored 8180 on 3DMark06. Pretty impressive!!

4 out of 5 eggsGood card

Pros: Price, performance

Cons: no ram cooling, and can't add ram heatsinks because of clearance with the gpu cooler (but I already guessed that from the pictures so no surprise.

don't bother with the OC utility that comes with it, it sucks

Other Thoughts: I got a low 3dmark06 score of 7600 pts for some reason. That is paired with a 939 3800 x2 at 2.4 ghz and 2 gb ram. That is before I overclocked it.

For the same price you can get an open box 9600 GT, thats what I would do, 256 bit interface vs 192, 512 ram vs 384, and more powerful GPU.

THat being said it is a good card

4 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: On par with other cards of this price/category. Increased my 3dmark 06 scores from 5200(Radeon 2600XT 512) to around 9200 with an Athlon X2 5000+ @ 2.8ghz. OC's to 600core/1800mem without a hitch. The shader clock doesn't like being pushed past 1600 though.

Cons: Fan is a little more noisey than I like.

Other Thoughts: Plays UT3, & COD4 beautifully at 1280x1024. Will play Crysis at 1024x768 with a mix of med/high settings liquid smooth. Overall, I am satisfied with this <100 purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Card for the price

Pros: G92-based video card for under $100, very good CPU cooler

Cons: The only con I can think of, and this is minor given most modern video cards, is that the card is long and despite the pictures of the card the cooler does cover the PCI / PCIe slot below the PCIe x16/2.0 slot.

Other Thoughts: I wanted to upgrade an old tower without spending a fortune. Paired with an Athlon 64x2 4800+ and 4GB DDR2-800 I have a very snappy computer that plays games well for less money than some of my friends spend on a video card alone.
